Free agent center Earl Barron will work out for the Cavaliers this week, agent Mark Termini told HoopsHype.com.
“This is a team that followed Earl closely when he played for the Knicks last season,” Termini said. “There is a possibility that Earl will remain unsigned at the start of training camp.”
Barron has played in 89 NBA games throughout four seasons, mostly with the Miami Heat. Late last season, the 7-foot center signed with the New York Knicks, where he averaged 11.7 ppg and 11.0 rpg in seven games.
