Center your daily basketball lineup on DeMarcus Cousins

The center position has a lot of promise Saturday, and we've highlighted two of them. The buck doesn't stop there, though, and you'll have to weigh the cost consideration for the risk.

Detroit's Andre Drummond and Greg Monroe ($7,400; 14.8% of your cap) are the same price with solid production of late. However, Utah is the best at defending the center over the last 10 games. Brook Lopez ($6,400; 12.8%) has a good matchup against the Philadelphia 76ers. He has produced in the mid or high-30's on FantasyScore the last few games and is worth considering.

Rudy Gobert ($6,800; 13.6%) is coming off a career game of 19 points and 22 boards. He faces Detroit, who have been in the bottom five of the league at defending the position.

C DeMarcus Cousins, Kings at Wizards
$9,200 salary | 18.4% of cap

George Karl mentioned he'd be running the offense through Boogie and would like for him to get five or six assists a game. Cousins had a monstrous 75-point fantasy affair Friday, and he averaged 47.4 points the previous four games. Washington is in the middle of the pack against the position the last 10. Boogie is one of those players you know will drop 40 fantasy points most nights, and he's worth every penny.

C Nerlens Noel, 76ers vs. Nets
$6,400 salary | 12.8% of cap

In what has been a miserable season for the Sixers, Noel is starting to shine some light. He hasn't posted fewer than 33 fantasy points the last eight games, and he's averaging 40.2 the last five. Brooklyn is dead-last at defending centers the last 10 games. Look for Noel to take advantage.

G Rodney Stuckey, Pacers vs. Celtics
$4,800 salary | 9.6% of cap

Stuckey has been scoring in high volume, snatching rebounds and dishing assists. While averaging 29.5 points the past two games, he had at least six assists and six boards in each. That translated into 42 and 55.5 fantasy points. Boston defends the two-guard well, but Stuckey has been playing too well to pass on him at this price.

G Alexey Shved, Knicks at Warriors
$2,200 salary | 4.4% of cap

Tim Hardaway Jr. (back) was out a brief period with a back injury, and that was all the leeway Shved needed to make his fantasy mark. He's averaging 33.1 fantasy points over the last four games. Golden State is a tough matchup, but they've been resting players recently. Shved is a premium buy at this price.

F Jerami Grant, 76ers vs. Nets
$2,200 salary | 4.4% of cap

Grant is today's flyer after a 28.5-point effort Friday. He had 13 points and four blocks in 29 minutes off the bench. The team is high on him, and he has promise, but he needs to improve his shot. Luckily, Brooklyn is in the bottom five of the league against small forwards, and the rim might look a little wider Saturday.

Make your team. Hit the hardwood. Win cash.

Bench

F Brandon Bass, Celtics at Pacers
$4,200 salary | 8.4% of cap

Bass has lacked consistency; he'll have games of 30 fantasy points and some with 20. Indiana is among the best against the four the last 10 games, and it doesn't look promising that Bass will improve on his recent two-game average of 21.8 FantasyScore points.
