The ‘83 Draft yielded a handful of All-Stars—Doc Rivers, Dale Ellis, Clyde Drexler, Jeff Malone—and not much else. Fun fact: with the 23rd overall pick, the Packers picked Mitchell Wiggins, father of 2014 No. 1 overall pick Andrew Wiggins.

The last draft before NBA instituted an age restriction, ’05 was underwhelming. Andrew Bogut, Deron Williams, and Chris Paul were three of the top four selections. Beyond that trio of picks, only Andrew Bynum, Danny Granger, and David Lee became All-Stars.
