Blazers guard Rudy Fernandez is changing representation. Fernandez has sent termination letters to Andy Miller and U1st agency of Spain and will now become a client of Spanish agent David Carro of Fair Play. Carro is the representative for several American players in Europe, including HoopsHype blogger Pete Mickeal.
