Attended the DeMatha HS, St. Vincent HS, Mount Zion Christian Academy and Worcester Academy.
Played college ball at Georgia Tech from 2002 to 2005.
Selected by the Denver Nuggets as 22nd overall pick in the 2005 NBA Draft. Draft rights traded to the Portland Trail Blazers.
Participated in the Jordan Capital Classic and the Global Games in 2002.
Named 3rd Team All-ACC in 2004.
Earned Most Outstanding Player honors for the St. Louis Regional in the NCAA Tournament in 2004.
Named 2nd Team All-ACC in 2005.
Selected to the ACC All-Tournament 2nd Team in 2005.
Honorable Mention All-America by the AP in 2005.
