Tim Bontemps: Some exciting news to announce: after 8.5 years at the New York Post, I’m leaving to become the national NBA writer for The Washington Post. I’m incredibly honored and grateful for the opportunity to follow in the footsteps of @Michael Lee, a friend and an outstanding writer. Meanwhile, leaving the New York Post is one of the hardest things I’ve ever done. I’ve grown up here, & it’s been an honor to work here. I grew up dreaming of writing here. It’s been an incredible place to work, full of people who I’m beyond proud to call colleagues & friends. The list of people to thank would take about 14,000 characters, so I’ll have to just do a mass “thank you” to make it fit in 140.
