  Great team player... One of the toughest perimeter defenders in the NBA... Always guards the best backcourt player in the opposite team... Plays hard and sometimes dirty... Only shoots the ball in case he has an extremely clean look... His offensive contribution is poor... Can hit the three-pointer, though.
Played college ball at Cal State Fullerton until 1993.
Never drafted by an NBA or CBA team.
Played in Le Havre (France) in 1993-94.
Moved to Evreux (France) in 1994-95.
Played for the Rockford Lightning of the CBA in 1995-96 and 1996-97.
Hired by Besançon (France) in 1996-97. Was released and signed with the Miami Heat until the end of the season.
Signed with the Boston Celtics in 1997-98. Played there until 1998-99.
Signed with the Philadelphia 76ers in 1999-000.
Traded to the Chicago Bulls in February 2000. Was soon waived.
Returned to the Miami Heat in February 2000. Played there until 2000-01.
Hired by the San Antonio Spurs in 2001-02.
Named to the NBA All-Defensive 2nd Team in 2000-01, 2001-02 and 2002-03.
Named to the NBA All-Defensive 1st Team in 2003-04, 2004-05, 2005-06, 2006-07 and 2007-08.
Led the NBA in three-point shooting percentage in 2002-03.
Won the NBA title with the San Antonio Spurs in 2003, 2005 and 2007.
