  Probably the best pure point guard in basketball history... One of the smartest players ever... Simply outstanding vision of the court... NBA's all-time leader in assists and steals... Equally effective in the open court and in halfcourt sets... Excellent shooter... His numbers were still pretty good, but had problems when guarding more athletic playmakers... Unfair that he retired without a championship ring.
