Selected by the Los Angeles Lakers as 26th overall pick in the 2006 NBA Draft. Signed with the Lakers in July. Send to the Los Angeles D-Fenders of the NBADL during the 2006-07 season.
Led the Taft HS to the its first Los Angeles City title.
Played the McDonald's All-America Game in 2004.
Named Pac 10 Freshman of the Year in 2005. Named to the All-Freshman Team.
Named to the Pac 10 All-Tournament Team in 2006.
Named to the All-Pac-10 1st Team in 2006. Led the conference in assists.
Selected to the NBA Rookie All-Star Game in 2007.
Selected to the NBA Rookie All-Star Game in 2008.
His godfather is former baseball player Eric Davis.
