Attended the Washington HS in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Played college ball at Three Rivers Community College and Alabama until 1992. Selected by the Golden State Warriors as 24th overall pick in the 1992 NBA Draft. Played with the Warriors from 1992-93 to 1997-98. Waived by the Warriors and suspended by the NBA for one year without pay for his aggression on coach PJ Carlesimo. The suspension was later reduced to 68 games. Traded to the New York Knicks in 1998-99. Traded to the Minnesota Timberwolves in July 2003. Selected to the All-NBA 1st team in 1993-94. Selected to the NBA All-Defensive 2nd Team in 1993-94. 4 times selected to the NBA All-Star Game. Set an NBA record for most three-pointers made without a miss with nine in February 2003.
