Played college ball at Brigham Young until 1993. Selected by the Philadelphia 76ers as 2nd overall pick in the 1993 NBA Draft. Played in Philadelphia till 1995-96, when he was traded to the New Jersey Nets. Traded to the Dallas Mavericks in February 1997. Waived in October 2005. Named MVP at the McDonald's All-America Game in 1990. Named to the USA Today All-USA 1st Team in 1990-91. Led the NCAA in blocked shots per game in 1990-91. Played the 1994 NBA Rookie Game. Named to the NBA All-Rookie 2nd Team in 1993-94. Led the NBA in blocks per game in 1997. Played in the 2001 European Championship with the German National Team. Shares the NCAA Division I record for most blocked shots in one game with 14.
