A new DDA proposal that council is to vote on Tuesday would issue an additional $34.5 million in bonds to support the Pistons’ relocation.

The Cleveland Cavaliers and the Boston Celtics are engaged in serious trade discussions centered on swapping All-Star guards Kyrie Irving and Isaiah Thomas, league sources told The Vertical.
