UNLV draft prospect Anthony Bennett will have rotator cuff surgery on his left shoulder Wednesday, agent Jeff Schwartz told ESPN.com. Most everyone expects that Anthony Bennett is headed to the NBA now that his freshman season is over, and it’s widely assumed that he’ll declare for the draft on Monday (UNLV has scheduled a 3 p.m. press conference for Bennett that day). But if his decision has already been made, Bennett is doing a good job of keeping it quiet. But he has adjusted, and in the Mountain West Conference tournament he averaged 19.0 points and 7.7 rebounds in three games.
