The flirt between Tornike Shengelia and Baskonia started a long ago. During the first months of 2014 the Basques tried to sign him but he stayed in the NBA agreeing with the Chicago Bulls. As Gigantes reported ten days ago, Baskonia offered him a three-year contract. But now we have a deal! “Toko” agreed and will earn for the next three years 2,1 euros in total. And he will be one of the most expensive players of the team. Although the next season’s coach of Baskonia is still unknown, Josean Querejeta decided to add the 22 years old Georgian power forward in the roster of the team believing that he will bring him back more money in the near future… EuroHoops.net
