HoopsHype Bill Clinton rumors

Clinton loves playing golf with athletes whenever he can. He's played with Greg Norman, Adam Scott, Luke Donald and Michael Jordan, among others. Jordan coaxed him from the white tees to the championship tees by saying, "You're going to play from the little girls' tee?" Jordan's challenge was for Clinton to break 100; he did. He follows the professional game. Last week, for example, he was rooting for Bryce Molder, who won the Frys.com Open in a playoff against Briny Baird for his first career win. When Clinton was president, he played a round with Molder, then a player at Georgia Tech. "He shot 59," Clinton said. "I realized if he ever got his mojo going, he'd be good." (Molder's score was actually a 60, but what's a stroke or two here and there?) He also played with President Obama last month: He says he shot 92 but didn't play well, and said his younger, less experienced playing partner beat him. "He might have won by a shot or two...he hits an excellent shot." Wall Street Journal
