Next up is restricted free agent swingman Brandon Rush. Bartelstein, who also represents Rush, said the two sides will go to work finalizing Rush’s re-signing. Oddly enough, Bartelstein, who also represents Dominic McGuire, said the two sides are still talking about re-signing the valuable back-up forward. Contra Costa Times

The Warriors could sign free agent Carl Landry and Brandon Rush in the next few hours. Proof their signing is imminent: Warriors signed rookie Draymond Green, per Yahoo! Sports. GSW were waiting until they signed a PF before inking Green. According to Mark Bartelstein, agent for both Landry and Rush, the two are close to signing. That would likely complete the Warriors offseason activity Sulia

Talked to agent Mark Bartelstein, who represents Brandon Rush, Carl Landry and Dominic McGuire -- guys intimately involved with the Warriors completing their roster. Rush "had a great year, he loved playing for the Warriors, the fans treated him great, and Coach (Mark) Jackson treated him great. Everything was real positive," Bartelstein said. "The nature of the business for restricted free agents is that they have to get an offer sheet from somebody else. ... With that being said, if we can work something out long term with the Warriors, we’d be interested in that also.” Sulia

As the Warriors pursue Landry, they also hold the rights to restricted free agent guard/forward Brandon Rush. Rush caught up recently with HOOPSWORLD in Las Vegas at Summer League, there in support of Klay Thompson and his young teammates. Rush spoke about free agency. “It’s been going pretty well, just talking with some teams and trying to figure out where I’ll be next year,” said Rush. “Hopefully I’ll be back in Golden State.” HoopsWorld

The signing of Bazemore won’t impact the Warriors’ ability to sign re-sign swingman Brandon Rush AND sign one more free agent. Golden State is still waiting to sign second-round pick Draymond Green, who’s been guaranteed a roster spot. He’ll come after they sign their last free agent and he may take up part of the mid-level exception. Contra Costa Times

As @AlexKennedyNBA, Rush worked out today as the Lakers looked on. Los Angeles GM Mitch Kupchak, looking to overhaul his anemic bench, would love to add Rush to the fold. The Warriors need someone who can come in and get buckets, as well as play some defense. But the Lakers only have the mini-midlevel to offer, meaning any offer sheet Rush would sign the Lakers would have to start at $3 million. Fair to say the Warriors would love for Rush to sign an offer sheet with the Lakers. No doubt, if Rush came to the Warriors right now looking for a deal starting at $3 million, Warriors GM Bob Myers would jump at it. Contra Costa Times
