Agent Byron Irvin on Kris Humphries' decision to re-sign with the Nets: "It came down to Brooklyn Nets and Charlotte Bobcats for Kris Humphries. Kris really liked what Rod Higgins of Charlotte had to say when free agency began and it was close, but he picked Brooklyn. He is really excited about this team and coming back to play for Avery Johnson. He is also excited about the direction GM Billy King and owners Prokhorov and Jay-Z are headed with this team." Sulia
