A clerk for an Oklahoma County judge says felony domestic violence charges against former Oklahoma City Thunder guard DeAndre Liggins have been dropped. Defense attorney Tony Coleman said Wednesday that prosecutors are expected to refile the charge as a single misdemeanor count of domestic abuse. Coleman declined further comment. ESPN.com

Former Oklahoma City Thunder shooting guard DeAndre Liggins has been formally arraigned on numerous felony domestic violence charges. Defense attorney Tony Coleman says not guilty pleas were entered on Liggins' behalf in Oklahoma County District Court on Friday. Liggins faces two counts of kidnapping, two counts of domestic assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, three counts of domestic abuse in the presence of a minor and one count of violating a protective order. The Oklahoma City Thunder waived guard DeAndre Liggins, it was announced today by Executive Vice President and General Manager Sam Presti. Liggins appeared in 39 games for the Thunder during the 2012-13 season, averaging 1.5 points and 1.4 rebounds in 7.4 minutes per contest. NBA.com
