Another important addition for BK Sigal Prishtina that announced the agreement with the Bosnian center Edin Bavcic. Bavcic, that has already played with coach Sabit Hadzic, spent last year in Greece playing with KAO Dramas and closing the season with 9.1ppg and 4.8rpg. Really expert player, after the first years with Bosna Sarajevo (drafted by Toronto Raptors in 2006, number 56, without ever playing in NBA) he had experiences also in Turkey, Germany, Slovenia, Italy, Ukraine and France in his long career. The Boston Celtics announced today that they have completed a three-team trade with the Brooklyn Nets and the Cleveland Cavaliers. The Celtics have acquired center Tyler Zeller and a future first-round draft pick from the Cavaliers and guard Marcus Thornton from the Nets. The Nets have acquired Jarrett Jack and Sergey Karasev while the Cavaliers have acquired a future conditional second round pick from the Celtics and the draft rights to Ilkan Karaman and Edin Bavcic from Brooklyn. The Warriors acquired veteran point guard Jarrett Jack from the New Orleans Hornets as part of the trade that will send Dorell Wright to Philadelphia. The Hornets received the draft rights to 2006 second-round pick Edin Bavcic in return. A 6-foot-11 forward, Bavcic, 28, was selected 56th overall by the Raptors and traded his rights to Philadelphia for cash the night of the ‘06 draft. Bavcic, 28, played in Greece last season.
