The Utah Jazz announced today that the team has signed guard Elliot Williams to a second 10-day contract. Williams signed his first 10-day with the Jazz on Jan. 7 and has appeared in three Jazz games since, averaging 2.7 points in 8.6 minutes. NBA.com

The Utah Jazz are expected to offer Elliot Williams a second 10-day contract, a source told Sea Dubs Central Friday night. In three games with the Jazz, Williams is averaging 2.7 points and 0.7 rebounds in 8.7 minutes per contest. seadubscentral.com

The Philadelphia 76ers today announced that they have recalled guards Lorenzo Brown and Elliot Williams from the Delaware 87ers of the NBA Development League. Brown (6-5, 186) was assigned to the Sevens on December 26, 2013 and appeared in five games, averaging 18 points, eight assists and five rebounds. Williams (6-5, 180) was assigned to the Sevens on January 5, 2014 and had 19 points, five rebounds and five assists in his only game played. NBA.com

Other non-roster players vying for spots are Australian point guard Matthew Dellavedova, Miami (Fla.) forward Kenny Kadji, St. Bonaventure forward Michael Lee, Georgetown center Henry Sims, Central Florida guard Jermaine Taylor and former first-round pick Elliot Williams, a guard from Memphis.
