The Wolves on Wednesday waived veterans John Thomas and Jason Hart to get their roster down to the league limit of 15 players. But that doesn't mean this will be the roster that the team will submit to the league by Monday's deadline: Little-used Maurice Ager remained on the roster Wednesday, and the Wolves must decide by Thursday whether to waive him before his nonguaranteed contract goes on their salary-cap figures or keep him and his contract as a trade chip.
