The Hornets possibly are targeting guard Matt Pressey for the 46th overall pick. He is the son of former Hornets assistant Paul Pressey, who currently works on Byron Scott’s staff with the Cleveland Cavaliers. Matt Pressey averaged 6.2 and 3.0 rebounds last season for Missouri. Matt Pressey said he consults with his father often to get a grasp on what to expect from the pre-draft workouts and upcoming training camps. Besides the Hornets, Matt Pressey’s only other workout has been with the Houston Rockets. “I’m just trying to get better and increase my stock,” Matt Pressey said. New Orleans Times-Picayune
