Spurs draftee Nando de Colo has no agreement in place with San Antonio, but the French guard will give the Spurs first dibs over European clubs as a free agent, his agent Wassim Boutanos told HoopsHype. "We have promised the Spurs we will let them know of any firm offer Nando receives - whether it is from Barcelona, (Caja Laboral) Vitoria or any other European team," Boutanos said.
