Former Siena star Prosper Karangwa has been hired by the NBA’s Orlando Magic as a college scout. Karangwa, 34, is based out of Cincinnati and will scout Midwest colleges and universities. Prior to this, Karangwa was running a scouting service on American players for European teams. Albany Times Union
