Chris Webber openly admits he's biased when covering his former Sacramento Kings team as an NBA analyst, even during Summer League in Las Vegas, where he called a game with his former Los Angeles Lakers nemesis Rick Fox for NBA-TV. "Rick knows I still hate the Lakers," Webber told News10 following Sacramento's 84-72 victory over the Lakers. "I'm just happy that I'm apart of the Kings family in some way." news10.net

GQ: Fine. It's safe to assume it's a big name player. Is the NBA starting to become a league of Super-Teams? Carmelo Anthony: I think people fail to realize that teams and organizations have been stacking teams since way back in the day. The Lakers had the Showtime era. Boston had six hall of famers on one team. You had Detroit, the New York Knicks, and now the Miami Heat. They were stacking their teams back then, it just fell off over the years and now it picked back up. Boston did it first, then LA. I was fortunate enough to play against them when they had Shaq, Kobe, Rick Fox, Gary Payton, Karl Malone... that's five hall of famers on one team! So you can't get mad at Miami for doing what they did. A lot of people don't agree on how they did it, or how LeBron did it. GQ.com

When you think of Rick Fox, you probably don't think about one hundred forty-four hard boiled eggs. But Amir Blumenfeld, one of the stars of CollegeHumor's web series Jake and Amir, might just change that. The hilarious duo recently featured Fox in one of their videos, and had the former Los Angeles Lakers forward playing a bookie with a craving for eggs. This was a dream come true for Blumenfeld, who has been a fan of the Lakers his entire life. "It was incredible working with Rick Fox because I was obviously a huge Lakers fan," Blumenfeld told HOOPSWORLD in a phone interview. "The height of my Lakers fandom was probably when he was on the team from 2000 to 2005. That's when they had the original three-peat with Kobe, Shaq, Fox, Horry, and Fish." HoopsWorld

Former basketball star Rick Fox was booted out of Dancing With The Stars in last night's surprise elimination. Judges were left open-mouthed as the ex-NBA star and his pro-dance partner Cheryl Burke were voted off on Tuesday night after failing to impress US TV audiences with their quick step. The two had earned their highest scores yet for their ballroom efforts on Monday's special 200th episode. Dailymail.co.uk

NBA star Rick Fox, turns out, is a bit of a control freak, which is driving his dance partner Cheryl Burke bonkers. "I want you to make my brain stop talking to me!" he implores Cheryl as he writhes around on the floor during rehearsal. She looks like she'd love to, if only she had a blunt instrument. They do a tango, and there was talk that "intensity" was going to be important to this performance. Rick, who has added a gray skunk stripe in his hair and guy-liner to his eyes, is moving around the dance floor like a butler carrying a tray loaded with drinks. If this is Rick being intense, what's he like being controlled? The number ends with a cringe-inducing bit in which he shakes Cheryl till her back teeth rattle. And yet, the judges love it.
