Ronald Roberts is apparently headed to 76ers training camp this fall. A French Web site reported Roberts, an undrafted forward from St. Joseph's, has signed a three-year contract with the Sixers. He supposedly had until Aug. 1 to tell his French team (Chalon) that he planned to play there, which he declined to do. There are rumblings that a portion of Roberts' first year could be guaranteed. Adam Pensack, Roberts' San Francisco-based agent, said Monday that he's “going to have no comment” about contract terms, though Pensack added Roberts “had some interest with Philadelphia.” Bucks County Courier Times
