Sources told ESPN.com that the Mavericks, who immediately made reacquiring Chandler one of their priorities after their first-round playoff exit against San Antonio, soon will complete a trade with the Knicks that they will clinch by agreeing to take back the contract of New York's out-of-favor guard, Raymond Felton, as well. The trade is expected to cost Dallas two starters -- point guard Jose Calderon and center Samuel Dalembert -- along with prized young point guard Shane Larkin, reserve guard Wayne Ellington and future second-round draft compensation. Point guards Shane Larkin and Gal Mekel are two of the players who will represent the Dallas Mavericks in the Samsung NBA Summer League, which will be played from July 11-21 in Las Vegas. Jae Crowder and rookie first-round pick Shane Larkin of the Dallas Mavericks will play at least one more game for the team's NBA Development League affiliate. Crowder and Larkin were reassigned to the Texas Legends for a game Saturday night against the Los Angeles D-Fenders in the Dallas suburb of Frisco. Both played Thursday night in the D-League, with Crowder recording a triple-double. Crowder has started eight games for the Mavericks this season but played sparingly or not at all in the past four outings. USA Today Sports

The Dallas Mavericks have assigned Jae Crowder, Shane Larkin and Bernard James to the NBA Development League for a likely one-game stay and have recalled Ricky Ledo. All three regulars on the Dallas roster were set to be available for a home game Thursday night for the team's D-League affiliate in suburban Frisco.
