The Sacramento Kings today requested waivers on forwards Tony Mitchell, Willie Reed and center Hamady Ndiaye, according to Kings President of Basketball Operations Geoff Petrie. Mitchell, a 6-6, 210-pound forward from the University of Alabama, averaged 1.7 points (2-2 FG, 1-1 3pt), 0.3 rebounds, 0.7 assists, and 5.3 minutes per game in three preseason contests for the Kings. Mitchell played for the Kings during the 2012 NBA Summer League in Las Vegas. NBA.com
