The Clippers' DeAndre Jordan, Antawn Jamison and Trey Thomkins were out late...wait for it...at a the Twilight: Breaking Dawn 2 premiere in Hollywood last night. There's proof, via Twitter thanks to Jordan, who labeled the event "insane." No, DeAndre, you and two other NBA players attended a movie that's generally filled with teenage girls and their mothers is insane. Scratch that, insanely awesome. Thomkins tweeted a bevy of hilarious pictures, including one with Taylor Lautner (that's Jacob for you meatheads who don't enjoy pop culture) and it said "one of the coolest dudes I've ever met." Early in the third quarter, second-year forward Trey Thompkins landed awkwardly on his left leg, hyper-extending his left knee and missing the rest of the game. Thompkins limped off the court on his own, but the extent of the injury is unknown. Orange County Register

The Bucks guard then went about contacting other L.A.-based NBA players, who set aside their scheduled events to help out. He first called Ariza, his best friend and former Lakers star. Ariza then contacted Barnes. Leuzinger Los Angeles High product Dorell Wright of the Golden State Warriors and unsigned rookies Trey Thompkins (Clippers) and Dominguez High product Jordan Hamilton (Denver) also helped. The Los Angeles Clippers won’t let the lockout interrupt their development. Last week, the young team held a minicamp in Los Angeles that lasted four days and included ten players. Blake Griffin and Mo Williams organized the workouts. Eric Gordon, Eric Bledsoe, DeAndre Jordan, Randy Foye, Ryan Gomes, Trey Thompkins, Travis Leslie, and Brian Cook were among the players in attendance. The players worked out for several hours each day and then spent time together off the court once the training sessions concluded. The team is improving their chemistry on and off the floor, and the workouts gave the two rookies, Thompkins and Leslie, an opportunity to meet their new teammates. HoopsWorld

Also interesting to note is that Thompkin's agent Arn Tellem, according to Olshey, tried to direct his client to the Clippers. "Tellem's been calling for two days, hoping that if Trey were to fall into the second round, we would be their team," said Olshey. "Arn just thought this was a great fit." HoopsWorld

Kansas forward Marcus Morris will be the headliner as the Bucks open workouts for draft prospects at the Cousins Center on Wednesday. The 6-foot-9, 230-pound Morris is considered a potential lottery pick and the Bucks own the No. 10 pick in the June draft. Morris worked out for the Indiana Pacers on Tuesday, along with Brigham Young's Jimmer Fredette and four other players. Also involved in the Bucks' six-player workout Wednesday are 6-10 forward Trey Thompkins of Georgia; 6-6 guard Anatoly Bose, a native of Kazakhstan who played two seasons at Nicholls State (La.); 6-3 guard Dwight Buycks of Marquette; 6-3 guard Andrew Goudelock of the College of Charleston; and 6-3 guard Malcolm Delaney of Virginia Tech. Duke's Kyrie Irving and Arizona's Derrick Williams -- the frontrunners to be the first two selections June 23 -- were among just seven draft prospects with body fat at or above 10 percent. Irving was at 10.2 percent and Williams at 10.8. Duke's Kyle Singler was also up there, at 10 percent. NBA scouts and coaches generally say players should never top 8 percent body fat, at least in-season. Of course, 10 percent isn't nearly as bad as Georgia forward Trey Thompkins, who showed up with 15.5 percent body fat. Charlotte Observer
