I’ve had countless emails and Tweets asking about Tu Holloway and the rumor that he’ll be leaving XU a year early to play overseas. Multiple sources say it’s not true. Holloway’s ultimate goal is to play in the NBA. It doesn’t make much sense to skip a final year of eligibility at Xavier – where he could earn a degree, gain more exposure in front of scouts and build on what he did this year – for a chance to make make some money overseas. To my knowledge, Holloway is back at school and not en route to Europe. cincinnati.com
