Roy Hibbert on smiling when Booker tried to punch him: "I ain't worried about him. I'm not going to speak on that."
Watching Roy Hibbert evade Trevor Booker's swing tonight made me think of last year, when Hibbert did the same to Carlos Boozer.
Kobe on MWP: “I was very impressed. It felt like old times: he and I getting after those (F’s + G’s) and just hounding them all over.”
Roy Hibbert on Julius Randle (16 pts):"Julius is an animal. He’s the future of this team. He’s a future face of the NBA. That boy can play.'
Kobe on bigs: “(Hibbert) certainly adds physicality to our team. Julius, too. It’s not like they shy away from contact. They (look for it)."
More Kobe on how he feels: "“I trained really hard, feel really strong and the conditioning’s great.” Scott said he looked “great."

Kobe after 8 days of camp and 2 games: “I feel fine. The timing’s not perfect yet. It’ll get there quickly.”
Kobe mentioned missing a few weeks early in his career after taking a hard fall, but said he thinks Russell "will be fine.”
Strong words from Roy Hibbert about Julius Randle:
"Julius is an animal. He’s the future of this team. He’s the future face of the NBA."
Booker, who said he had "no words" for Hibbert after Sunday's game, had even fewer tonight. He didn't speak to reporters after the game.
Snyder said Burks has "another gear" & looked fresh late in his 38-min. shift. Burks says he's not allowed to feel tired until he turns 26.
Kobe on Russell's butt: "I don’t think it’s anything to be overly concerned about. Just needs some rest and he’ll be fine."
Long-time observers would know better than me, but Kobe says he had same injury as Russell his rookie year and that he missed a couple weeks

Randle's drawing much praise from his teammates already ... once he really starts knocking down that J, he’s going to be a real problem.

Hibbert said LAL’s physicality tonight “started with Metta, as soon as he came in the game. He just turned it up. I fed off of him."
Jazz center Jeff Withey on Alec Burks: "He just looked great. He was making crazy layups. It’s fun to play with a guy like that."
Hibbert on scuffle/Booker’s ejection, having Randle’s back: “He’s the face of this team for the future, but 1-15 I’d step up for everybody."
