Stevens not sold on merits of 3-3 western trip: "If we’re 1-5 because those last two shots didn’t go in, do we feel worse? Absolutely."
Kelly Olynyk in boot at practice. Coy on recovery timeline. Says still swollen and just taking it day by day. http://t.co/Q2f90LRIHC
Ah, Boston. Looks a bit different from when I left two weeks ago, but still a most welcome sight. http://t.co/siLUlYOcWv
Best conversations I have ever had: when both of us exchanged knowledge & what we have recently learned. Best because both walk away better!
What question do u want to b known for? What am I capable of yet haven't done? Why haven't I fulfilled my potential? Neither. Time 2 change!
The Celtics announced they "recalled" Andre Dawkins from the Red Claws, but in this case, it's more like calling him.
Andre Dawkins has been recalled from the Maine Red Claws.
After two 10-day contracts, the Bucks signed Kenyon Martin for the remainder of the season.
Would it have killed the plow guy, who's supposed to do the whole parking lot, to push that snow five more freaking feet to the right?
After days of being stranded randomly in PHX, fly back to Boston in a few hrs. This awaits me (my cars on the right) http://t.co/aWQ9dWcIUu
Guy on local TV news says, "Be glad we're not Boston." Hey, when Minneapolis is feeling sorry for you in winter...
Since Dec. 1, Marcus Smart is 35 for 83 from downtown (42.2%). Since Jan. 1, 24 for 54 (44.4%). On road trip, 10 for 19 (52.6%).
But at some point, the Cs need to wring some offense out of their starters. Can't keep limping for several minutes after the tip.
The bench, obviously, has been really good. And the starters missed all kinds of open shots tonight. Might be partly small sample size.
New lineup, same issues? Very limited mins, but starters w/ Bass getting outscored by 17.3 pts/100 poss, essentially w/ league-worst offense
Tonight Celtics loss marked Minnesota's second double-digit win of the season. The other was against the Knicks. In November.
MY POPS SAID CONTROL WHAT U CAN SON AND LET THE REST TAKE CARE OF ITSELF... RIGHT ON POPS.... RIGHT ON.!!
Tough road lost!!!! Bounce back Friday
The Sixers, Knicks and Wolves all won tonight. Anyone get a Washington Generals score?
Reminder that the Hawks can swap first round spots with the Nets.
The Celtics' 6-game road trip ends with a 110-98 L to the Wolves. Sullinger (16 pts) & Thornton (15 pts) led the C's. http://t.co/4dg9aNVFJh
Wow if Kool and the Gang received a quarter for every time "Celebration" was played after a sports win? Wow.
The Celtics have pulled the rare "get killed by Zach LaVine and Kevin Martin" daily double.
Pressey should never shoot early in the shot clock. Also, Pekovic has killed all Celtics double teams.
Sure, Tayshaun Prince plays for the opponent, but shouldn't they play "Purple Rain" when he scores here in Minnesota?
It's 81-74 Timberwolves over the Celtics after three. Smart (12 points, 6 asts) is leading the way for the C's. Sullinger: 11 points, 6 rebs
70-57, Minnesota, Mid-3rd. Wolves are 8-9 in the quarter. LaVine has 11 of his 15. Celtics have lost 25 straight when trailing by 13+.
Celtics not moving the ball. So stagnant. And defense has just been really sloppy. Over-helping, poor rotations, all of it.
It only took 1:39 (and six straight LaVine points) for Stevens to call a timeout.
Shot clock down to six. Instead of making a play, Bradley just tosses it to Bass, covered in the corner. Need more.
The Celtics close the first half on an 8-0 run to take a 49-48 halftime lead. Bradley, Bass and Prince all have 8 pts http://t.co/gGtbxVaSbQ
Can Zach LaVine just be every contestant in the dunk contest?
Tayshaun Prince 4 MVP
Wait, people think Marcus Smart was a Rising Stars snub?
Pekovic set one of the first screens Marcus Smart couldn't get through.
If the Celtics can make it out of tonight without Nikola Pekovic dismembering someone, it's a victory.
Zeller can't just slap there. Once he hears the whistle (it was early), can't allow an and-1.
The all-bench lineup featuring Prince and Wallace at the forward spots (who knew?) has played pretty well lately.
The Timberwolves lead the Celtics 26-22 after the first. Bass, Bradley and Zeller each have four points, while Sully has 3 points and 3 rebs
Gerald Wallace grabbing a rebound and taking off feels like such an adventure, even when he just pulls it out to run the offense.
Against Zach LaVine and Lorenzo Brown, Avery Bradley should be unleashed as a disruptive force. A couple steals already.
The Celtics are 13-8 (.609) here at Target Center. Boston's best record in any road building. http://t.co/0A9uR3cLEF
