I guess my general point: Let's see if this Warriors team plays defense every night. The last one did.
I believe Steve Kerr can be a very good coach and this offense should be more fluid. But you can think that without demeaning 51 wins.
Mark Jackson was far from a perfect coach, but the Warriors won 51 games last season. They did not under-achieve.

This iPhone software is really annoying. Lotta issues

Just realized that I'm older than every single player on the Warriors roster.

Asked about the most difficult aspect of his first year of coaching, Steve Kerr joked on KHTK: "Uh, sleep?"
Yo I'm dying in this barbershop
Stop believing everything yall hear...
More Bochy: "We wouldn't ask him to do a lot, but if I needed to get an out or something, I'm sure he'll say he's available."
Bochy on Bumgarner's possible availability tomorrow: "He's going to say, "Hey, if you need me at any point tomorrow, please use me'...
Bochy said players have been able to bring families on both KC trips. "You want the families to share their success and enjoy this, too."
More Peavy: "At the end of the day this is the start that you play your whole career wanting."
Peavy: "To be the guy that gets the ball with that opportunity. It's a special opportunity; I understand that...
Peavy said a start with a chance to clinch a title is why you play the game. "Huddy's trying to talk me into swapping," Peavy joked.
Bochy as he walked up to the podium after Peavy: "Should've brought my boys up here."
But then his son Wyatt jumped in: "I think we already picked out our trolley car." Hilarious moment.
Jake Peavy bought a duck boat to celebrate last year's title in Boston, said he'll think about a proper SFG celebration when/if they win...
And Wyatt just took a question... http://t.co/K2oSKBZPU1

Draymond Green on Andre Iguodala looking to help get him paid: "I hope so, I hope so."
Draymond Green on being a stretch forward in this offense: "It’s a little less than I anticipated."
Ha! Plaschke confessed his Giants hatred
The cat in the Kauffman Stadium press box vents is still there. And louder now. I presume it just likes to hang around sportswriters.
Leandro Barbosa said he's "pretty shocked" to be in the position to play in the second unit with Andre Iguodala.
Somebody is lecturing me that of course it would be hard for the Giants to trail in a Bumgarner World Series start. THAT IS MY POINT.

Brandon Rush and Shaun Livingston were limited practice participants. Rush is now questionable, while Livingston remains doubtful.
According to the Warriors' injury report, David Lee (hamstring) missed practice and is questionable for the opener.
Brandon Rush downgraded to questionable.
David Lee questionable for opener with hamstring strain.
Does it matter if Harrison Barnes starts? Barnes: "In this offense and this system, no."
My Mount Warriors-fan-favorite-More of past 20 years: Mullin, J-Rich, Baron Davis, S.Curry. Honorable mention: A.Foyle/J.Lin.
J-Rich was beacon of light in an era of darkness. When he finally broke through with "We Believe" team it was wonderful to see.
J-Rich had very special relationship with Warriors fans. Unique and hard to describe. If you don't think so, you weren't a fan then.
Looks like Jason Richardson's career may be over. Was there any Warrior in the past 20 years that fans loved as much as him?
Affeldt + Romo didn't even get up tonight. The rest could be crucial if A) Bochy needs 1+ from either in Game 6 or B) needs them both games.
Is Game 6 mandatory for the Giants? No. But if there's Game 7, it'll be nuts at Kauffman Stadium. I think SFGs will get it done in 6.
Craving banana bread for some reason
Sending this blurry picture out again better cropped because its the easiest way for me to post it on my blog http://t.co/ObGHHDutyB
Obviously everybody is available in Games 6-7, but Bochy likes to have 1 guy for sure ready to go early in each game.
Just speculating, but I'd think Petit is Bochy's guy behind Peavy in Game 6. If it goes to Game 7, Bumgarner is the man behind Hudson.
Great to see the San Francisco Giants get another W today!!

Giants have two to win one now. Bumgarner will be available to pitch in one of them out of the pen.
You guys are probably right. Most likely won't matter. I just look at pitchers like gas tanks. Save a dozen pitches if you can.
Bumgarner's World Series career: 4-0, 31 innings, 1 run and now half of the 2014 series almost by himself.
Giants clinched title on the road in 2010 and 2012 and they'll have to do it again this time. But this sort of feels like one. Mini-clinch.
Obviously, Bumgarner wouldn't start a potential Game 7, but look at history. Great ones give you handful of innings when critical.
But also: Casilla back up in the pen.
Bumgarner is first out of the dugout. Of course. HIS game.
Not that I'm huge pitch-count guy, but why would Bumgarner throw another one tonight? If a Game 7, he's available, right?
Sandoval had to run FAST to make sure Pence didn't lap him.
Casilla sits down. Bumgarner will get the 9th now.
My guess: Bumgarner gets Gordon to start the 9th and then it's likely Casilla comes in vs. Cain... and Bumgarner gets a monster ovation.
Movement in SFG pen. Casilla back up.
Bumgarner is fine for Game 7. Luis Tiant pitched 25 innings for Red Sox in World Series in '75.
What Giants gotta be loving most is Bumgarner will be available for work in Game 7, if needed.
Casilla sits down. I assume that means Bumgarner at least starts the 9th--KC due up Gordon-Cain-Hosmer.
