Kobe: "I'm looking forward to seeing how I move my feet defensively, staying in front of guys, chasing guys off of picks, things like that."
Kobe's reflecting there on where he is with his body in his 19th year, where he has to be a bit more measured in physical output.
Kobe: "Now I've just got to be a little bit more patient and make sure when you step off the court you still have somewhat something there."

Nash: “I was in a really, really bad place last year during the winter.” Better now, but makes no forecasts for this year.
