Add Jeremy Lamb to list of minor Thunder injuries. Left heel contusion, out tonight.
Thunder starting lineup the same as Friday: Westbrook, Roberson, Morrow, Ibaka, Adams.
Jeremy Lamb (left heel contusion) will not play tonight. Starters: Westbrook, Morrow, Roberson, Adams and Ibaka or Jones if Ibaka can't go.
Call his mama, his head was still in his helmet
Get hot Jameis
RIP Chris Farley, one of my favorite childhood actors
New exhaust sounds mean
With his helmet on, Clint Trickett looks like small child playing college football. With it off, he's the most handsome man in the world.
That said, Hunnicutt looked like he was kicking for a year's worth of free Chik-Fil-A there.
Remember you guys: Michael Hunnicutt feels WAY worse about this than you do.
Man I love football Saturday's
Brilliant move by Heupel, calling for a pick 6 out wide to open up the middle on next drive.
Another day to get better!
Rough, rough night for Jeremy Lamb: 1/9 FG, 0/5 3FG, 6 points, 6 fouls, 3 turnovers, plus/minus of -18.
Six fouls for Steven Adams in 24 minutes. His second foul-out of the preseason.
Russell Westbrook with his second preseason technical. Gotta lead the league, right?
Russell Westbrook has 19 assists in his last 31 preseason minutes. Playing a nice floor game tonight: 12 pts, 7 asts, 2 stls, 3/7 FG.
Andre Roberson having a solid game for the second straight night. Seems like he's running away with that starting 2-guard spot.
Anthony Morrow has scored 57 points on 34 shots this preseason. He's 9-of-16 from three.
Serge Ibaka's first stint of the preseason: 9 minutes, 4 points, 3 rebounds. Looked healthy, but a bit rusty.
Some great cross-matchups to start this Thunder-Raptors game: -Westbrook v Lowry -Ibaka v Amir Johnson -Adams v Valanciunas
Rare pregame trifecta tonight for Thunder-Raptors: Oh Canada, National Anthem and a pregame prayer.
Scott Brooks said he is still yet to determine any of the open starting spots: "Not even close"
Reggie Jackson (wrist) going through a hard court workout right now. Full sweat. Won't play tonight, but Scott Brooks says "he's close"
That gives the Thunder an intriguing (possibly opening night) starting lineup tonight: Westbrook, Roberson, Morrow, Ibaka, Adams.
Anthony Morrow (ankle) going through some light pregame work. If all good, he's expected to get the start at small forward tonight.
Serge Ibaka returns from an ankle injury against Toronto tonight to make his preseason debut. Expected to get 15-20 minutes.
Most teams place their stars out front and center to sell tickets and merchandise. Even with one of the biggest there is, the Thunder don't.
The Thunder have always avoided marketing stars over team. For example, compare these 2013 playoff media guides: http://t.co/njs4f5N5X3
Good morning MFs
Thank you God for my wonderful ma and 2k.
So apparently that Steven Adams sarcasm wasn't entirely picked up. 12 on 6-11 is good. It's just he was averaging 18.6 on 86% coming in.
Steven Adams with an off night in New Orleans. Just 12 points on 6-11 shooting in OKC's 120-86 loss.
Tonight's Thunder-Pelicans game in one picture -> http://t.co/uZG2whaDei
Anthony Davis has 28 points in 26 minutes. He's 10 of 15 from the floor and has eight rebounds. Everything looks so easy for him.
Steven Adams with double-digit points in all four preseason games. Has 10 on 5/9 FG midway through the third.
Steven Adams again showing off an improved jump hook and soft touch around the rim. He's got eight points in 5 1/2 third-quarter minutes.
Scott Brooks, king of the halftime adjustment. With his team trailing 64-45, Brooks starts Andre Roberson over Lance Thomas for the 2nd half
Jeremy Lamb with 11 points, four rebounds at halftime. But skeleton Thunder squad down 19 to the Pelicans.
At halftime in New Orleans, the Pelicans lead the Thunder, 64-45.
Perry Jones is being ultra aggressive and making some really nice moves. Just struggling to finish. He's got six points on 3-for-12 shooting
Skeleton Thunder squad down 32-12 early in New Orleans. Surprising stat: Perry Jones has taken NINE first quarter shots (made three).
Thunder getting destroyed right now, 24-8, if you care. It's 5:27 left in the first quarter.
Best NBA rule change: Shot clock no longer resets to 5 seconds (if under) when a jumpball occurs. If it was 1, remains 1.
Brooks: "We're thankful that everything went well, and I'm looking forward to...getting him back on the court."
Scott Brooks reached out to Kevin Durant this afternoon following Durant's surgery but declined to share specifics about the conversation.
Anthony Morrow (left ankle) is out tonight at New Orleans. He's expected to return Friday against Toronto.
Successful surgery, thanks for all the prayers and concerns! Headed back to okc. Move em
(Note: I love Fixer Upper.)
Every Fixer Upper: -worst of three houses picked -unforeseen issue -"today is demo day" -family montage -terrible house looks amazing
Doesn't mean you should be any more or less optimistic about Durant's recovery. Just use caution when drawing conclusions based off others.
For instance, I've seen comparisons to C.J. McCollum's. McCollum's happened on a specific play. Durant's happened over time.
There are three zones, each with different recoveries. Plus, Durant's was caught very early before it became an acute fracture.
