Jazz 5 starters recognized 4 of the Thunder starters at the tip circle. Completely ignored Kanter
Kanter will hear the boos all night. Started with the introduction & continued with his first touch, backing down Booker and missing a shot.
Enes Kanter with the first touch on the first possession. His turnaround is left short. Hayward gets fouled on the other end
The Jazz and the Thunder are starting
This is going to be an awesome atmosphere if it's at all close. Fans really, really want to win this one and defeat the Enes villain.
Enes just earned Rudy the loudest "Ruuuuuuudddddddy" of the year
Ooh Enes Kanter! Cupping his hands to his ears as he's booed! Fully embracing the villain role!
Well earned boos for Enes.
DEKKER.....OH MY GOODNESS!!!!
Dekker's eaten Hollis-Jefferson alive tonight
Walked up to a Jazz player pregame. First thing he says: Tony, I'm not answering any questions on Enes Kanter. lol
Trevor Booker starts in place of Favors, Hood starting tonight.
Jazz starters: Dante Exum, Rodney Hood, Gordon Hayward, Trevor Booker, Rudy Gobert
Derrick Favors is officially out tonight
15 minutes till the Hot Rod Hundley tribute on 97.5 FM. Ricky Green, Darrell Griffith, Frank Layden and more
The more I see Frank Kaminsky, the more I think he's absolutely perfect for the Jazz...and I'm talking game, nothing else
Derrick Favors will get some treatment on his injured back before a decision is made on his availability. Didn't sound very hopeful, though.
Westbrook and Kanter warming up. http://t.co/M85VJSUKgO
Exum dealt with some sickness yesterday, but he's on the floor right now warming up. Wasn't on the team's injury report.
Setting up shop for the night in the Hot Rod Hundley Media Center. http://t.co/7soTp2gwAl
Finally home from Denver. Now for a shower, a change of clothes and back to the arena for the game tonight
Injury updates: Rodney Hood (stomach) listed as probable; Derrick Favors (back) doubtful.
Surprisingly red - Russell Westbrook shot chart since All-Star Break http://t.co/7ofkshzlBT
I get being upset at being the 4th rotation big after being the #3 pick. I get not liking Corbin's coaching. But that had changed this year.
Jazz Game Night at 6pm - A Tribute to Hots - Dave Freedman, Frank Layden, Ricky Green, Darrell Griffith, Jaron Collins, Jerry Sloan and more
"Hot Rod was the voice that delievered us to the fans." - Darrell Griffith - Here more from Golden Griff on Jazz Game Night at 6pm
Don't get all the Enes Kanter hate. So he didn't like playing here. Neither did Deron Williams. But having them to trade made Jazz better.
Enes, do you miss anything about Utah? "Mountains. That's it, I guess."
Enes: "Like I said, I don't really want to talk about it here. I've got a lot of things to say but just don't want to say it right now."
Enes Kanter on OKC: "Everything there is just professional. Everything they do is for the players. You just only focus on basketball."
Enes Kanter: "I don't want to make no comments on them, but I think, after I went to OKC, I was like 'Oh man, this is how NBA teams [are].'"
Enes Kanter: "I still respect them. I still like my coaches here, I still have friends here, some friends here, not a lot."
Enes: "You know how you're like in a dream, that you have a superpower and you don't want to open your eyes? OKC's been like that for me."
Enes Kanter: "It wasn't just basketball stuff. It was just professionalism. After I see OKC, then I was like, this is how NBA teams are."
What was the biggest frustration? Enes: "I will say almost everything. I didn't bring it every night. Almost everything was a frustration."
Enes Kanter: "It wasn't just a one game, two game frustration, it was a three and a half year frustration. I'm happy for both sides."
Enes Kanter: "I never liked playing basketball before in my NBA career. It's the first time that I felt like playing basketball."
Enes Kanter: "I think the difference is I like playing basketball there. I think that's the most important thing."
Enes Kanter: "I love it. It's a team that I've never experienced before. I actually like playing basketball there."
Enes Kanter ripped the Jazz org in his interview today. He pretended to hold back, but that wasn't a holding back.
I had missed watching Steve Novak shoot. He's so ridiculous.
"Hot Rod loved to tell stories and I loved to listen to them" - Jerry Sloan hear more from Jerry on tonight's Jazz Radio Pre-Game Show at 6
Jazz Radio pre-game starts at 6pm tonight with special tribute to Hot Rod including visits from Rickey Green and Darrell Griffith

At least big boosters of both schools, Salt Lakers Tom & Phil McCarthey, won't have to choose between Utah and Gonzaga on Sunday ...
The Big 12 was so bad that BYU no longer wants in ...
So none of those seven Big 12 teams, including a No. 2 seed and three No. 3 seeds, survived the Sweet 16? Well done.
O.K., which national TV-type will have the guts to mention the gambling aspect of that last FT? I'm guessing none.
What a joke.
That was a hilarious 10 seconds of officiating. That travel call is awful, then no jump ball is maybe more so.
The Utah-Duke line was 5 points ... just in case you were wondering.
Favors told me his back "locked up" on him. Was walking very gingerly after the game.
The way Derrick Favors was walking in the lockerroom after the game tonight makes me doubt he will play tomorrow night.
Could Kentucky beat these refs?
Dante exum didn't play in the second half because he got sick at halftime. Call it Rodney Hood illness
Worst traveling call ever.
And this is over. The Denver Nuggets defeat the Jazz 107-91....just a poor all-around performance for Utah. Team looks tired
Millsap has a career-high 16...has steadily been getting better offensively as the season has gone on
Elijah Millsap just dunked on Denver's whole frontcourt
Denver shooting 54 percent from 3...The Jazz shooting 16....might be stat of the night
Jazz down 98-79 with four minutes remaining
Jameer Nelson pops another three....Jazz are getting run out of the gym tonight
Lakers just issued this statement on behalf of Jeanie Buss: http://t.co/pYoyufuBaP
But no injury update on Dante Exum, so unless Quin says otherwise, have to say this is a second half DNP-CD
Derrick Favors has back spasms and won't return tonight....knew something was looking off with him tonight
Jameer Nelson is too good to be wasting his twilight hoop years with Denver....should be helping a contender
Gobert with 14 points and 13 rebounds tonight...playing really well
Jazz down 79-65 with 10:34 remaining
Derrick Favors is heading to the locker-room. Jazz down 14 with 10:34 left
I'm wagering something is wrong with Exum. Can see Quin not starting him. Can't see Quin all together not playing him at all
Jim Nantz shouted out to Hot Rod on the Duke-Utah broadcast: "An incredible friend. We're gonna miss him."
Jazz back down 75-60...were briefly making a run
Whistle turned in Utah's favor the last 2 minutes: 5-0 by my count. But Wright still can't be as aggressive as usual. No making up for that.
You can't go under on Jameer Nelson pick and rolls
Meanwhile, Bryce Cotton makes a nice drive to the hole, and another nice midrange jumper
No Dante Exum so far in the second half. He's on the bench, doesn't seem like anything is wrong with him
Officials do decide games. And it doesn't have to be with a call/non-call at the end.
Jerry West's statement on Hot Rod: http://t.co/QlEvmSmeS4
That call may have ended the game
Trey Burke starting the second half
That's the kind of call you get when you play against duke.
