HoopsHype Utah Jazz twitter
Jazz were 7 of 29 on mid range shots tonight
Nothing outside all night - Russell Westbrook's shot chart http://t.co/EQTGB0uXbp
Quin Snyder said even with the offensive struggles, his team didn't play well enough tonight defensively, and that was an issue
The Jazz obviously have had a difficult time scoring. Some of that is the competition. Some of it not making open shots
Guess I was wrong...they're back to KrysTOveeavk.
Utah's passing impressive, usually is.
Minutes played by Cleveland in game that was never within 10 in 2nd half Mozgov (40). JR (38), Irving (38), LeBron (35) - WOW
LeBron finishes the night with 26 points, 9 assists, 7 rebounds...
Why LeBron in the game?
The Enes Kanter 20-20 watch continues. Has 24-17
2nd time in his career Kanter has a 20-15 night. Previous time was in Charlotte when he went 23-22. Tonight has 24-17
Enes with 22 and 15 right now..
Elijah Millsap with 10...Elliott Williams with 10 as well
Enes Kanter with a monster game tonight, 19 points and 14 rebounds
Jazz down 78-57....1:10 remaining in the third quarter
Dante Exum just dunked but I'm sure his critics will point out that Kobe dunked harder at the same age
Jazz down 76-48....second straight game they will struggle to score 75
Bron has 19, 7 assists and 6 rebounds and at this point 0 reasons to be on the floor in the fourth quarter
So all Cleveland needed to look like the best team in the East was a visit by the Jazz.
This is getting worse than the San Antonio game...And that was pretty bad
Nothing Gobert can do there
Exum and Gobert enter the fray
Jazz are turning the ball over, not moving the rock, not getting open looks. Any open looks by and large are clanging off the rim
This may be a game where Quin pulls his starters....his team doesn't have it tonight
Cavs are up 62-44 on the Jazz....Enes Kanter with 10 points and 11 rebounds
That is the best pass thrown in Cleveland all year.
Yes. This is getting to be highlight reel time
The second half has started at the Q
LeBron has 15 points, 5 assists and 4 rebounds after the first half
Enes Kanter leads the Jazz with eight points and nine rebounds
Jazz down 53-40 at halfitme
As a rookie, than picking up an offense.
People talk negatively about Exum and don't realize he's about 17 steps ahead of where he should be defensively. Which is harder to do
That Dante Exum on Kyrie Irving defense though
Enes going at everybody tonight. This is the game Jazz fans wish he'd have every night, instead of once every two weeks
Enes Kanter putting in work out there...Has six points, seven rebounds, and is heading to the line for two
The Jazz are somehow within 42-32
So there was this time where LeBron airballed a free-throw and bricked the next...
LeBron is having a ball out there at this point
Elliott Williams with a much-needed three
The Jazz have yet to score in this second quarter
The Jazz simply can't score with their second unit.....gonna be like this
This is getting ugly
LeBron revenge game
Jazz down 31-20 to the Cavaliers after the first quarter
The Cavs have been playing exceptionally well since LeBron has come back from injury
The officiating in the opening moments of this game (what did you say mom, ohh If I have nothing good to say ..) ok never mind
Cavs up 24-17 on the Jazz with 2:19 remaining in the first quarter....Derrick Favors now has two fouls
Hayward got mauled at the rim there, no call, and JR Smith got to the line when Exum grazed him.
lol. The lack of respect Gordon Hayward gets from officials is bordering on the ridiculous lmao
That was a gorgeous spin move by Favors
Jazz down 13-8 with 6:13 remaining in the first quarter
What a pass by LeBron there
Jazz down 9-8 as Derrick Favors scores over Mozgov
LeBron James already has three rebounds and two assists
Jazz down 7-4 early....
Rudy Gobert shares the first jersey he ever had was LeBron James. First autograph was Harlem Globetrotters. They are at ESA Feb 2nd.
Kyrie Irving will start and play for Cleveland
LeBron James is driving more this year but with less effectiveness. Drives per game up from 7.4 to 9.8 Team pts pre drive is 1.1 was 1.3
Cavs in arena pre-game show is leading the Jazz breakdown portion of the show with Rudy Gobert
The rookie/soph game will be U.S. vs internationals (10 on each team). Gobert was always a lock. Now does Exum and/or Ingles get an invite?
Nice tribute to Wally, a friend to all. And I do mean all.
Jazz allow the 4th fewest amount of shots in the restricted area. Opponents only shoot 30.7% of their shots in restricted. Avg is 32.3%
Jazz allow the 5th fewest amount of shots in "good" areas (restricted and 3's) only Chicago, Portland, Washington and Charlotte are better
Cleveland Cavs take the 2nd highest percentage of their shots as corner 3 10% - only Rockets take higher amount
Cleveland wins if they score. In Wins their defense ranks 29th and in loses they rank 28th. But they score in wins.
Gobert and Mozgov both 7'1 Both defend 7 FGA per game at the rim. But .... Gobert allows 37.3% and Mozgov allows 48.6%
Over 6 games with the team when Timofey Mozgov is on the floor the Cleveland Cavs defense is worse. How is that possible
Rudy is #1 in rim protection and the margin is growing http://t.co/ouVGXqaWRL
Contrary to numerous tweets out there, Stockton broke the record on 2/1/95 vs. Denver (not 1/21/95). The Jazz did not even play on 1/21/95.
When Favors and Gobert are on the floor together this year the Jazz defensive rating (pts per 100 poss) is 94.1. GSW is #1 with 96.7
Best part was Randy Rigby giving a Jazz jersey to the mother of an Iranian player who'd been killed in a car wreck. http://t.co/wqBOhghIi2
It was fun when Iran's national team played in the Rocky Mountain Revue in 2008. A lot of horns and a crazy crowd. http://t.co/g2DmvOysb7
The Utah Jazz are expected to participate in both the Rocky Mountain Revue and the Las Vegas summer league.
The Jazz hope to bring in one international team to the Rocky Mountain Revue, too.
The revived Rocky Mountain Revue will be small, but the Jazz have received a lot of interest from NBA teams to participate.
I only hope the Jazz's increased value means Greg Miller can afford a new car this year instead of settling on a $7 million used one.
Regarding that guys LeBron James: Gordon Hayward said it would be important to keep him out of transition
Snyder's tone indicated that he's not all that eager to answer too many more Enes Kanter/Rudy Gobert questions, lol
