Ryan Feldman: Unless he gets a last-minute 1st round promise today, Lucas Nogueira will withdraw from the NBA Draft, according to @Jonathan Givony. Twitter

In the same vein, Lucas “Bebe” Nogueira sat out today's game action, due to a minor injury that he wanted to make sure heals before joining the Brazilian national team. Most NBA teams in the gym are assuming that Nogueira has decided to withdraw from the draft, although a member of his agency, Aylton Tesch, told us on the morning of the 13th that “no final decision has been made.” DraftExpress.com

Most clubs feel that would be the right move – “I don’t know why they put him in the draft in the first place,” one scout said. Even if Nogueira stays in and gets the guaranteed money of a first-round pick, a possibility for a team picking near the end but wanting to avoid taking on a contract now, it is a near-certainty that he plays overseas at least one more season and possibly two. Lucas Nogueira, a skinny 7-footer playing in Spain, said he is seriously considering withdrawing from the draft as the Monday deadline approaches. Most clubs feel that would be the right move – “I don’t know why they put him in the draft in the first place,” one scout said. NBA.com

While Biyombo and Monteijunas received a lot of buzz leading up to their individual workouts, the player receiving the most buzz who is actually fully participating in the camp is Lucas “Bebe” Nogueira. But, the buzz isn't all warmth and fuzz, with one GM saying, “[he's] So raw… So raw… and he's out there on the court laughing with all the guys – it's like, ‘get serious,' ” and others reaffirming that notion that he did not help himself at all with his first day showing. Indeed Noguiera looked very raw and showed some questionable body language throughout the day. Early on he looked very uncomfortable when forced to put the ball on the floor or pass and he failed to stand out going up against fellow lanky big man and camp teammate (Team 1) Bengaly Fofana. As the day went on, in two five-on-five games, Bebe showed a bit better. First he registered 5 points, 5 rebounds and 4 blocks when going up against Sarra Camara and Team 4. Then, he exhibited a bit more offense going for 11 points and 5 rebounds against the Serbia U19 squad later in the day. His decision making left something to be desired, as did the lack of awareness and experience he showed on both ends of the floor. DraftExpress.com

Sam Presti is an opportunist, and he is patient. Mirotic, based on talent, is a lottery pick. But a massive buyout means he won't be playing in the NBA anytime soon. If he stays in the draft -- a big "if" at this point -- someone will gamble on him. If it's Presti, he could be getting a major steal down the road. If Mirotic is off the board, Bogan Bogdanovic and Lucas Nogueira are possibilities. ESPN.com
