The New Orleans Pelicans have listed Tyreke Evans as questionable for Game 2 of their first-round series against the Golden State Warriors on Monday night with a bone bruise in his left knee. Evans underwent an MRI ‎exam Saturday night after suffering a bruised left knee in a first-half collision with Golden State's Andre Iguodala. Sources told ESPN.com that the exam revealed no structural damage. Evans addressed reporters Sunday before the Pelicans' practice at the University of San Francisco and was optimistic, describing himself as a game-time decision despite the fact that he was planning to do very little at the practice session beyond receiving treatment. Tyreke Evans is scheduled to undergo an MRI exam on his left knee later Saturday after banging knees with Golden State's Andre Iguodala and suffering a contusion that knocked him out of Game 1 of the team's first-round series. After the game, without yet knowing the full extent of the injury, Evans said he "felt a little pop, felt a little snap" in the knee in the wake of the first-half collision with Iguodala. "I never felt nothing like that before," Evans told ESPN.com of the sharp pain. ESPN.com

The Pelicans continue to struggle with injuries and they were forced to go without starting point guard Tyreke Evans on Sunday against the Los Angeles Clippers because of his sprained left ankle. Evans aggravated his left ankle during Friday's loss to Golden State that caused him to leave the game in the third quarter after playing only 18 minutes. Evans initially sprained his left ankle in Thursday night's loss game to the Phoenix Suns. Two weeks ago, Evans sprained his left ankle against the Milwaukee Bucks and was forced to miss the Pelicans' March 10 game against the Brooklyn Nets. New Orleans Times-Picayune
