It looks like Bucks power forward and center Zaza Pachulia is making a play to take the Bucks court home, according to Grantland, a site of ESPN.com. Pachulia is interested in purchasing the recently retired basketball floor, a pretty standard issue affair, which was replaced by a floor inspired by an even older, 1977 floor designed by Pop artist Robert Indiana. The brand new floor, which debuted during pre-season games in October, features to giant Ms flanking the midcourt line, much as the more colorful Indiana floor did a generation ago. Pachulia is coming off a right Achilles injury suffered last season. "I'm glad it's over; the hard days are over," Pachulia said. "I had surgery in April and the first couple months are very tough. Now it's rehab time. I'm on track. The most important thing is to stay smart and patient. So far, so good. I should be 100% for training camp." Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel

“Atlanta is my home,” Pachulia said. “There is no question about it. The franchise has been great to me over the past eight years from the owners to the front office, coaches and of course the fans. “But I also understand the situation because the [front office] has so many things to do this summer. Danny Ferry has so much work to do. Obviously being somewhat of a new general manager here and hiring a new head coach (Mike Budenholzer). Now they have to fill out the team with players. There are so many roster spots available, so I understand the business side of it.” HoopsWorld
