Gabrielle Union Rumors
Gabrielle Union: Family first… #biggerthanbasketball Salute to the city of Miami and #HeatNation for showing respect and love for our brother LeBron James and James Jones and Mike Miller … great Christmas day win and everyone stayed healthy and gave us a great game… #Respect http://instagram.com/p/xDQh9FJ-Qi/
“He did good for an old geezer.” I’m all for anyone who shakes up the generally cliché and tedious postgame player interviews, so good on Gabrielle Union for jumping in and answering questions for her husband Dwyane Wade after he scored 27 points on 18 shots at Madison Square Garden to lead the Heat past the Knicks.
Gabrielle Union says she was the victim of a digital hate crime … after some topless photos she sent to Dwayne Wade somehow leaked onto the internet — and now her legal team will be contacting the FBI. Union and Wade released a joint statement saying, “it has come to our attention that our private moments, that were shared and deleted solely between my husband and myself, have been leaked by some vultures.” They add, “I can’t help but to be reminded that since the dawn of time women and children, specifically women of color, have been victimized, and the power over their own bodies taken from them. These atrocities against women and children continue worldwide.”
Gabrielle Union and Dwyane Wade are married! The Being Mary Jane star tied the knot with the Miami Heat shooting guard on Saturday. The pair wed in Miami in front of an intimate crowd of family and friends. John Legend performed at the ceremony. Union, 41, wore a romantic Dennis Basso gown while Wade, 32, wore a customized DSquared suit, People.com reports.
Heat guard Dwyane Wade married actress and long-time girlfriend Gabrielle Union at the Chateau Artisan mansion, a castle-like building surrounded by a moat, in Miami Saturday and Carmelo Anthony, Chris Bosh, Dorell Wright and Kevin Hart were all in attendance for the special occasion.
Miami Heat star Dwyane Wade proposed to Gabrielle Union in December, and the actress recently talked about her relationship and the upcoming wedding on The Arsenio Hall Show. Union revealed that the couple will sign a prenuptial agreement, at Union’s “insistence.”
Dwyane Wade, a Chicago native and major part of three Miami Heat NBA championship teams, has sold his four-bedroom town house in Chicago’s River West neighborhood for $1.66 million. Wade, 32, recently became engaged to actress Gabrielle Union. He also owns a six-bedroom, 12,520-square-foot mansion in Miami Beach, Fla., that he bought in late 2010 for $10.6 million.
NBA star Dwyane Wade recently spent time with his new baby boy he fathered with a woman while on a break with now-fiancée Gabrielle Union, a source close to the couple tells ET. Wade, 31, and Union, 41, who were officially engaged last week, have worked through the issue privately as a couple, and the Bring It On star was aware of the child before their engagement. Wade has known the mother of his youngest son “for many years.”
He met with his jeweler several times in the last three months just to make sure everything was right. “I kind of know my lady,” Wade said. “I know she’s simple, but at the same time, I just wanted the rock to kind of speak for itself and not do too much with the diamonds. I think it’s a simple ring, but it’s nice. It was nicely done … it’s timeless.”
Dwyane Wade enlisted some help with his proposal to Gabrielle Union. The three boys that the Miami Heat guard is raising, his two sons and a nephew, all were part of the engagement surprise, Wade said Sunday when he spoke out about the big news for the first time. — His youngest son Zion held a sign with her name. — His nephew Dahveon Morris’ sign said “Will you.” — And his oldest son Zaire’s sign read “marry us?”
Dwyane Wade and Gabrielle Union are engaged. The Miami Heat star proposed to his longtime girlfriend Saturday and the actress accepted. They announced the news through social media, around the same time as the two-time defending NBA champions were gathering for a team Christmas party. ”She said YES!!!” Wade posted to his Twitter and Instagram accounts, with a photo of Union wearing a large diamond solitaire on the ring finger of her left hand.
Dwyane Wade apparently asked Gabrielle Union to marry him on Saturday night, and, according to Wade’s Instagram account, it went well. “She said YES!!!” Wade said on Instagram, alongside this picture.
But what likely will draw most attention from the session that came with comedian Tim Allen seated to his right were Wade’s comments on his relationship with actress Gabrielle Union, “You know what, I’m going to tell you something a little personal. So, celebrity relationships is very hard. You guys would know. So, for us, this was a big year for us in our relationship from the standpoint of she was shooting her show, Being Mary Jane, gone most of the year. I was dealing with my injuries, trying to win a championship. So, you know, we kind of took a step back.” Leno then interjected, “Kind of drifted apart?” with Wade then continuing, “Yeah, we kind of took a step back. We supported each other, but we took a step back for a little while. But, at the end of the day, we came back together and said, ‘Listen, we want to continue this. We want to try to continue to try to get better each day.’ She’s been with me and I’ve been with her all summer long. And we’re going strong now.”
La La Anthony and Gabrielle Union hanging out in bikinis in Las Vegas? Looks like a blast. Toss in a bottle of Belvedere? Good times. Union is in Vegas to shoot Think Like a Man 2 (seriously) and La La is there to lend support by touching her butt. I assume these two would be at each other’s throats had the Knicks beat the Pacers and New York was going to play Miami in the Eastern Conference Finals.
