Spurs were really good and had Memphis flustered but Memphis was awful defensively slow on everything . Tuesday will be different
Re: Ujiri. Not saying he made Denver that way, they always played that way. Point was very different than Casey style.
A less radical solution: no custom protections on picks. You can either lottery-protect it or leave it unprotected. No in-between.
Obviously I'm not dumb enough to bet on the Pacers beating Miami. But can I get awesome odds on them pushing it to... say, 6? Worth a flier.

re-watching Spurs Griztoues 1st -- WOW Tony Allen was gettng torched everytime he gambled. No man's land defense = 3 pt from Spurs
Chandler was talking about series of illnesses over last year or so -- flu. strep, etc. Was hard to tell what the timeline was.
Also, my good friend @Al Iannazzone (who loves the Sopranos) informs me that Chandler might have been referring to earlier in year re strep.
Though he's going into 3rd season, Shump has never played summer league, because of lockout (in 2011) and knee surgery (2012).
Shumpert also said he plans to play in Vegas Summer League, to work on his game and get more coaching.
Shumpert reiterates his sentiment from Saturday: That Knicks failed. Said anything less than ECF was a failure.
Iman Shumpert said coaches want him to play in summer league in Las Vegas. He has never played summer league.

Chandler, like Felton, said Knicks need to stay together and grow together. Everyone needs to improve he said, "coaches, too."
And now some Raiders fans are furious at me. For saying they're not at peak franchise success level. Yeah, my fault.
Chandler also blamed his weight loss from having a strep throat late in regular season to lessening his strength. Had lost 10 pounds.
Chandler said he wished he was healthier down the stretch and could have played more coming into the playoffs. He said he was out of rhythm.
Tyson said he "doesn't know'' about his buddy Jason Kidd's future. Said JKidd needs time away to think.

I wonder how happy Colangelo is with this solution. Stripping him of basketball decision making is significant, but he’s still employed, so…
Tyson Chandler acknowleged his poor playoff performance, but doesn't feel he let the Knicks down because we gave all he had.
Tyson doesn't think he let his team down in the playoffs. Said conditioning off neck off injury weight loss contributed to poor play

Chandler acknowledged his poor playoff performance. Said he never regained his rhythm following absence from illness.
Illness led to major weight loss, which Chandler said impacted him more than any lingering effects from neck injury.
Tyson Chandler said he never really got his timing back after missing so much of late season. Wished he could've come back before playoffs.

Tyson Chandler disclosed that he had strep throat just before playoffs. Caught it from his daughter.
Common theme of "we need to grow together" & "we all have to get better" sounds like front office isn't convinced it can make major changes.
Everybody can relax. Raymond Felton is going to spend some time with Jason Kidd in the Hamptons over the offseason. "Right now we are a jump shooting team. I would like us to be a more free flowing offense" @Tyson Chandler #Knicks
More Tyson Chandler: "I really believe this team has a bright future. You have to mature together, you have to grow together."

13.9 and 5.5 per game for Ray Felton is solid and he's really not making a lot of money. CP3 is still on the top of every fan's wishlist.
