Ron Burgundy got bumped from SportsCenter today. Tough break. How will anyone know that there's a movie coming out?
Danny Ainge mentioned Jared Sullinger, Avery Bradley, and Jordan Crawford as players he'd like to see develop. Good sign for Crawford.
If winning this season was top priority, Kelly Olynyk wouldn't be getting much run as a rookie.
If you're a Celtics fan, NOT rushing Rondo back is a very good thing.
Ainge on Rondo: "I think he’s still got little bit of a limp, his strength is not quite there, but he is making progress. We’re not close."
Biggest takeaway from Ainge: Sounds like we won't see Rondo until 2014.
Ainge: "Our best player still hasn't played yet, so there's a lot to be optimistic about." Highly complimentary of Stevens.
More Ainge on Rondo: "He's not himself yet, but he's pushing himself to get there. We're going to be very cautious with him."
Ainge on Rondo: "He's got to get that knee back to 100% before we'll let him back on the court."
Danny Ainge up the dial: Rondo playing 2-on-2, but "I don't think he's close." He has a slight limp. They're not rushing.
More Ainge: "We're not on pins and needles about it. We're being very cautious with Rondo. He's still got a little bit of a limp."
Ainge on Rondo's eventual return: "I don't think it's going to happen in the next few weeks. But he is making progress... We're not close."
Danny Ainge on Rondo: "I don't think he's close. I don't think it's gonna happen in the next few weeks."
Ainge on Rondo: "We're not close." Says that they don't expect him to be back in the next few weeks.
Ainge: "I believe New York and Brooklyn are too talented of teams to continue on the track that they're on."
Ainge: "We're really excited about (Sully) & what he's becoming. Bradley has had some amazing games. There's a different MVP every night."
Ainge on his team: "We know who Jeff Green, Gerald Wallace and Kris Humphries are. But we need our young guys to be more consistent."
Ainge on @Celtics being in 1st in the Atlantic: "Yeah, how about that? I like a lot of things I see with our team w/ individual players."
People freaking out about the Celtics being in "first place." You do know they're only 3 games out of last, yes?
Good win for the Trail Blazers. Hope all my east coast tweeps are taking notice of this team (even if you have to stay up late to watch).
So many Perkins tweets. Opinion of him clearly very different among Celtics fans who will never forget his role in their championship run.
No need to worry without Anthony Davis, the Pells have Al Farouq Aminu.
This Cavs strategy of taking the ball out of Kyrie's hands in the final minutes seems dubious.
Dana Barros reax on Korver tying his record; "It’s no fluke, it takes a real shooter to do that 89 straight. I enjoyed it while it lasted."
Craft being craft. Nothing will surprise me
Watching my buckeyes play. Welcoming Maryland to the Big Ten
The Celtics have maintained that Rondo is the future of the franchise. So, obviously, they'll be very cautious, as will he.
The Celtics and Rondo have been patient all throughout the process and they aren't about to change now.
Rondo still hasn't been cleared for full contact. Docs could say he's well enough to do so, but, bottom line is, there won't be any rush.
Celtics team doc Brian McKeon will also make the trip & w/ Andrews, those two will likely determine next step for Rondo.
Rajon Rondo update: He's scheduled to meet with Dr. James Andrews in 10-14 days for a checkup on his right knee.
If we all could see what other people see in us or don't see in us ... do you think we would be happy with their sight? If not - change!

Ben Mclemore completes phase one of trolling Cleveland for picking Bennett by winning Rookie of the Month.
If you want an accurate number to define the Stevens' Celtics, they're 9th in defensive rating without a center.
Also, Stevens used about 200 words to say it's a make/miss league. Got to work on those cliches, Brad.
This Brad Stevens quote from last night accurately sums up the division standings: "It has no bearing on my life. Literally none."
Also, USF is going to look to establish its running game. That plays into the strength of the Rutgers D.
