That being said, Stevens pushed Sully to develop 3 last year. Nudged Bass to add corner 3 this year. Gives everyone freedom to let it fly.
In preseason Cs 6th in 3PT%, 3rd in attempts per game, 2nd in makes per game. Stevens: "I haven't said once to the team, shoot. We want 3s."
Rondo on possibility of opening night return: "I don't know. I still haven't had any contact yet. ... I don't wanna put any set goals."

Rondo had a scan on his hand, opening night return still a possibility, per Stevens.
James Young will practice "normal" today and tomorrow, will play Wednesday if he avoids setbacks.
Stevens said he will limit minutes for regulars in preseason finale.
