Yuba City it's been too long
Yes, I'm back from vacation
Harrison Barnes & Draymond Green have been added to the 13man U.S. Select team that will train vs. the national squad in Las Vegas next week
Heading over to the JCCC annual golf tournament. If you're playing & eating, think of good questions for me. Or I'll just tell Shaq stories.
Goodell could've said this is the 49ers' day, NFL just wants what's best for every team. Instead he said Levi's could be a Raiders option.
But neither the Raiders or the 49ers have been interested in this--so far. Which is what I've written. You know, to be accurate.
Actually--if angry Raiders fans can forgive me--the NFL for a while has been suggesting the teams share Levi's Stadium to solve the problem.
Angry Raiders fans: It is probably not my fault that the commissioner suggested that your team could share Levi's Stadium with the 49ers.
Cestitke nasim mladim momcima na bronzanoj medalji!
Harrison Barnes in his Facebook Q&A on how he feels about the Warriors' chances this year: "Going all the way."

Man, I'm an optimist and I just don't think you can minimize Summer League enough.
Lincecum's next start will be Game 1 of LAD series at AT&T on Friday vs. Greinke, who will have an extra day of rest due to an LA off-day.
Want to get out of the house
What's going on in the bAy today?
The Marlins are like the ultra-discount Dodgers: I have no idea what any player is going to do at any time. But I know it'll be weird.
The Marlins do weird things.
Entering this game, Lincecum's home/road splits: ERA (2.54/5.82), batting average against (.195/.290), WHIP (1.08/1.58).
In a road-tilted remaining schedule, SFGs have set Lincecum up for 7 more home starts, 6 more on the road.
That's my way of saying... Nicklaus' record of 18 majors is an incredible number and looks more incredible every day/year/era.
Rory is incredible--and if Tiger had won ALL of the majors Rory has won in the last three years, Tiger would still be 1 short of Jack.
Gotta love McIlroy's "This Is Not Going to the Right" swing off the 18th tee. Totally logical, too. He's no Van de Velde.
To be blunt: How dumb would it be for the Warriors to decide they can't keep Klay T just because they got Curry on a great deal?
a great storyteller is flexible enough to drop the script and improvise when the situation calls for it
Not all draft picks work out. Warriors have a deadline to decide how much further they want to take it with Nedovic. Not a unique situation.
I picked Sergio to win this week. I hope Im wrong

So I guess I can't just walk into a store and buy a bicycle
What's a good movie out right now?
Dodgers lose and now are 6-8 in July. Giants are 7-7 so far in July and have Hudson pitching tonight in Miami.
The NL West really is a race to 90 wins. Or maybe fewer.
Old head came up to me and said " aye u the dude who hit that three game 7 and started mean muggin dem ____ " " U A BAD BOY" ✊
Answering questions/comments today..what's up?
But from what I hear from talent evaluators and what little I saw on TV, I think there are serious doubts about Nedovic as an NBA player.
Curry won't ask Thompson to take less than he's worth. Curry took the deal he took... because of his ankles.. knowing it was below-market.
As Dan mentions, 1989 A's outscored opponents 712-576 (+136). This year's A's are currently +146 and are on pace for 794-548 (+246). Wow.
Cool being in Oakland bar last night, and being part of crowd erupting on Donaldson's game-winner. Reminder: A's are good.
McIlroy could win this thing by 12 shots.
The great ones always find a way to make curfew.
Tiger teeing off soon, right?
Aaron craft for MVP
Typical Harbaugh in recent years: "I gave you the quote on that." Literally has a prepared break-out quote and that's it on the topic.
Harbaugh can be stubborn, he can be maddening, but he is almost never provably wrong and he only says what he wants to say.
That's why Harbaugh is the most entertaining guy in the organization to talk to... and occasionally debate.
Just going back over my exchanges w/Harbaugh about Aldon Smith. My goodness, Harbaugh is BY FAR the smartest guy in the 49ers hierarchy.
Last time I talked with Harbaugh about Smith, Harbaugh parsed the potential future developments like a lawyer. Like a GREAT lawyer.
I've criticized the 49ers' hard-charging support of Smith. But they wanted results out of it and so far they've gotten them.
OOPS: * A Santa Clara County Superior Court judge.
49ers management and now a district court judge have given Aldon Smith a lot of benefit of the doubt. Will Roger Goodell follow suit?
No felonies also plays nicely for Roger Goodell and the 49ers' full-court press for lenient NFL judgment.
Would have to think Aldon Smith and the 49ers are good with this outcome: Ruling before camp, no felonies, and can bypass jail time.
I don't know what's going to happen in the sentencing and am not predicting. I'm just saying the 49ers really didn't like the previous date.
If you announce in court that the sentencing hearing for a famous person is one date... then quietly move it up a week... that's odd.
My question: Why in the world would Santa Clara Superior Court try to sneak this sentencing hearing through without real public notice?
The wheels of Santa Clara justice are turning very oddly in this case. As they seem to do occasionally when involving 49ers players.
