Draymond Green on Doc Rivers “A former player, he’s 1 of the guys who paved the way f/me. So I respect all former players & he’s a champion"
Draymond Green on the Clippers: “It’s no secret they don’t like us, and we don’t like them. And that’s not going to change."
Draymond Green on the Clippers: "We want to take their head off. They want to take our head off…So just roll with the punches."
Draymond Green said he took Final 4 for granted. "Just expected we're Michigan State, we're here, we're going to the Final 4 is what we do."
Draymond Green: "I thought like oh I'm going to go to the Final Four every year. And then not to make it back like, man, it ain't promised."
Draymond Green: "I think I'm more excited for those guys right now than when I made it to a Final Four."
Steve Kerr on Draymond Green's war of words with Doc Rivers: "Draymond thrives off that stuff. Go for it."
Don't just wait for things to happen. Nothing will happen if you don't make it happen.
Draymond Green listed as qustionable due to sore shins. Blake-itis not mentioned on injury report.
Now let's see if Mullin has done/will do the same kind of rigorous thinking and prep work that Kerr did before he took the Warriors job.
I don't know this, but I'll guess that watching Steve Kerr coach the Warriors really nudged Mullin towards wanting a shot at this somewhere.
Understand those who say current HS players don't remember Mullin. But St. John's probably couldn't hire LeBron to coach them, I'm thinking.
And there is no doubt that Nelson is a coaching model for Mullin. Not so much personally, but absolutely the open, fast playing style.
In 2006, some people with the Warriors thought Mullin would fire Mike Montgomery and hire himself as coach. Instead, he hired Don Nelson.
My understanding is that Chris Mullin has been thinking about getting into coaching for a while, just wanted to find the right spot.
Steph Curry averaged 30 points and eight assists while hitting 24 of 38 three-point attempts to earn Western Conference Player of the Week.
Draymond Green might actually sit out due to soreness in shins.
Draymond Green jokes about Tuesday's game against Clippers: "I'm sitting out. I've got Blake-itis."
Stephen Curry is Western Conference player of the week.
Draymond Green said he removed Cool Story Glenn shirts from shop because he didn't want them misinterpreted.
Draymond Green jokingly said he's going to sit out because he has "Blake-itis."
Steve Kerr said Draymond Green has a minor shin issue that could cost him tomorrow's game vs. the Clippers.
Draymond Green has minor shin issue.
Stanford is his dream job, but at some point, if an NFL team gives him personnel power, I believe Shaw would be tempted by the challenge.
One of the reasons I think David Shaw will eventually--EVENTUALLY--move to the NFL from Stanford is that he's so good in player evaluation.

At what point will they learn?!?!
Sooo...... Them Spartans!!!!
Put it this way: When I saw Mullin forced to do those "crowd-sourcing" draft videos last summer, I figured he'd be leaving SAC fairly soon.
Yeah, I think St. John's is a better way for Mullin to start coaching than his opportunity to coach Sacramento. Which is gone now, anyway.
Free mini-timeout after a foul out = worst thing in college basketball.
Clark = Elsworth?
And that's why you run the War Drill.
Wide-eyed Milwaukee man stuck head in GSW locker room: "Is Curry here?" Andre Iguodala w/o hesitation half-mocked (PG version) "Who are u?"

But if Bogut hits the $1.935M bonus this season, 15% kick has to be accounted for in next season's cap #'s ahead of time. Not a huge issue.
Add to earlier thought: I think Houston is among the teams that could win the title. Just hard to get a clear read with all those injuries.
If Bogut plays in 7 of the GSWs' last 9 games, he'll be eligible to hit his 15% bonus... IF he also makes an all-NBA or all-defense team.

Andrew Bogut has played 29 of the Warriors' last 30 games, a much more aggressive schedule than I expected. (Missed 14 of GSWs' first 43.)
Of course, I'm NOT saying the other teams can't beat the Warriors. Just saying Spurs and Cavs seem like the trickiest potential match-ups.
Since losing in Atlanta on Feb. 6 to fall to 39-9, the Warriors have gone 21-4. Since winning to go to 42-9 on Feb. 6, Atlanta is 13-9.
Finally made it to La...

Killing time, walking around downtown SF & thinking: I guess backward baseball cap back in -- for 4th time in my lifetime.
David Lee: "I think our team is built to make a great playoff run, and we've just got to go take care of business."
Steph Curry: "We’ve had a big lead in the standings, but we’ve understood that there are bigger goals in mind and we’ve kept our focus."
David Lee: "We have huge goals this year to be a championship-level team, but this is a step along the way."
Andrew Bogut: “It’s good to break records and all of that but I think we have that feel that we still haven’t done anything in the playoffs"
Steve Kerr: "The guys have been fantastic all season long, just being committed to each other and the work. It’s been so much fun."
The Warriors are 40-0 when holding the opposition to fewer than 100 points this season.
