Kupchak said that, in short, LAL wanted to fill out the roster before making the coaching decision, but had Byron pegged all along.
Kupchak: "From the beginning, although we went through a long process, we felt Byron was the leader and the right choice."
Scott: "When you lose, you shouldn’t be sitting in the locker room having a good time. It should hurt. We’ve got to get back to winning."
