Don't want to sound like a Knicks apologist, but this nonsense about no ability to drive and dumpoff - didn't they throw about 500 lob-dunks
A Heat media guy is being interviewed by Mike Francesa on WFAN in New York and I believe he just proposed to LeBron James.
Arranging my summer schedule wit @Ahriiq Training from state to state. #Cantwait #BartScottVoice
Report on Nets' being denied permission to speak to Doc Rivers is true, I have confirmed...would've been ideal choice
That description of @Frank Isola might be the best writing of @Marc Berman this year. Is there an award for that?
If I win "The Pulse of the People" award I'm bringing Zoe Saldana to the ceremony. Because that's how I roll.
Carmelo getting the John Gotti treatment as a friend holds an umbrella for him. Very gangsta (street slang) http://t.co/XCng6IYTmh
So proud of my good friend Kyle Willcom for having such a vision. He is positively influencing countless HS students across the country!

Talking to Birdman's HS coach/trainer. Said "he's really healthy right now & in great condition." Said Miami "great situation for everyone."

would have been a great interview last year when Phil wanted the #knicks job before realizing they had 0 interest. nytimes.com/2013/05/24/spo…
"@cakezilla: At times I can be entirely too honest." I love being honest...even if they label me an ass hole for it. #leastuknowheristand
Knick fans are die-hards, bc they write things like this: postingandtoasting.com/2013/5/23/4356…
Not sure U.S. can win with type of young team it had in '10 worlds. Spain should have its best team on the floor at home in 2014.
Seeing some of the names reported as USA minicamp players, think the Americans better hope they don't have to call on them next year.

Thursday, May 23 P.J. Carlesimo thinks the Nets offer a great coaching job that comes with some unrealistic expectations. bigstory.ap.org/article/carles…
It was also nice of Paul George, who screwed up on the play, to shift blame by saying Hibbert should have been under the basket.
One thing about Frank Vogel & Roy Hibbert. In last 2 mins of Game 6, Pacers kept Hibbert on bench when Knicks, with possession, went small.
Rangers fans giving me the Darth Vader Twitter glare. “I find your lack of faith disturbing.”
Next time I see this place, it will be completed. #Transformation #Bridges instagram.com/p/ZrUuQzkEX2/
And I'm the guy who wanted them to attack Hibbert with Melo and his torn labrum. Had I known that I'd have thought differently.
I was asked many times today what I thought of Vogel's comments and then asked "what exactly did he say?" After hearing my thoughts were...

That's how much I'm out of it 2day. No games scheduled. Prior planning wasn't so piss poor after all. Bad news is, I have 2 apoligize 2 wife
Note to followers: Regrettably, prior piss poor planning rules out watching tonight's game. Please keep me informed & entertained.
Thoroughly agree w Hibbert's assessment of Battier's play (knee 2 midsection on drive) as being intentionally dirty. Should've been flagrant
I still don't understand a day later folks worrying about a Bosh 20-foot jumper compared to the ball in LeBron's hands.
Besides Vogel's no Hibbert lineup and Woodson's Game 4 lineup change, what are other questionable coaching decisions this postseason?
Hibbert: "I’ll tell you, all the Nuggets from Melo’s team have really been doing a good job – JR Smith and Kenyon Martin, Melo and Birdman."
Carlesimo noting that Pacers' problem is that they're a high turnover team and "usually against Miami that's death."
Great to hear that Coach K will be returning to coach Team USA. I'm proud to have played for him.
Remember: Shump was used at PG in his rookie season. Can be much more effective w/ the ball in his hands. Shump's position development key.
Wow RT@Jeff Zillgitt: Vogel on Heat: "They had a more intelligent plan against Roy Hibbert than New York did. It was effective last night."
in the Knicks' last regular season game vs IND, when Chandler and Martin were out. And Hibbert had 4 &10. basketball-reference.com/boxscores/2013…
There's an obvious difference b/t Bosh's abilities & Copeland's. We know that. But Copeland was the best offensive player on the floor...
... he eventually said, "Our defense is designed to keep him [at the rim] as much as possible." Basically, if NYK wasnt gonna move him, cool
I asked Vogel abt whether he was surprised NYK wasnt using Copeland to bring Hibbert out of the paint. Took him awhile to answer, but...
As D-Wade said the other day, "No one's 100 percent this time of year." Many procedures don't get reported on -- how teams manage injuries.
Regarding Smith, many NBA players (& pro athletes in general) get some kind of knee treatment/procedure in the offseason. Keep that in mind.
As far as I can tell, this is the first time Tim Duncan was voted as a center. All other All-NBA teams he was a forward.

Heat-Pacers Game 1 gets a 6.3 overnight rating for TNT, highest-rated playoff game of this postseason.
And the Warrior? RT @Ethan J. Skolnick Full disclosure: I had a vote, and had LeBron first team, Wade and Bosh 3rd team.
I posted 88 photos on Facebook in the album "Knicks in London, England for NBA London Live" fb.me/1lRRhS6ci
Blake Griffin made second team All NBA. Yes, the same guy from the commercials who has no low post game and can't shoot free throws.
And for those who thought the Knicks should have re-signed David Lee and not pursued Amar'e, guess what? Lee made third team
No one from the Heat media received a vote for All-NBA Media. Not a single vote. Even Berman of the Post got a half vote.
As expected, LeBron James and Kevin Durant were the All-NBA First-Team forwards. Carmelo Anthony was named to the second team.
We wrote about the stupidity of basketball positions last year at the WSJ. The designations don't make sense anymore: online.wsj.com/article/SB1000…
Luke Babbitt did not receive and All NBA vote but J.J. Hickson did. Someone thinks J.J. Hickson is one of the NBA's top 15 players. Alrighty
Melo, Griffin, M. Gasol, Parker and Westbrook on Second Team. Lee, P. George, Howard, Wade and Harden on Third Team.
In other words, Melo finished among the top-five in All-NBA voting. He simply didnt make the team bc the league only allows two forwards.
Worth nothing that Tim Duncan made 1st Team as a center. Melo, as a forward, finished w/ 397 pts for All-NBA voting. Duncan had 392 pts.
