Thomas Robinson's 4 starts earlier this year: 9 points, 8.8 rebounds in 22.6 minutes per night.
Good win! 🐢

76ers sign former Kansas Jayhawk Thomas Robinson.
Always going to have limitations defensively due to size, but if game slows down for him, he has tools to be contributor in league.
If there's one thing I think Thomas Robinson needs to improve upon to be a regular rotation player in NBA, it's his shot selection.
For a player looking to prove himself, or resurrect career, minutes are a very attractive benefit.
Mekanlari cennet insAllah! Allah sehitlerimizin ailelerine sabir versin, basimiz sagolsun...
sporcle quiz going to be so hard this year.
Honestly, I hope they give Thomas Robinson some burn. Good kid who has had a lot of pressure on him off the court.
Summary: Thomas Robinson will be an unrestricted free agent after the season. Claiming team would keep bird rights.
Clarification: Since his 4th year option was not picked up, he is not eligible to be RFA. Condition that's unique to rookie scale contracts.
Robinson is still only 23, and is 3 years removed from being #5 pick in the draft. Rebounding has translated, but not offensive game.
(Note: I'm not familiar enough with the HS class to really include those)
Full list of players outside of the NBA who I would trade Joel Embiid for:
OneUp Sports launches Villanova University’s official mobile app. Available for download on the Apple App Store.
"Hinkie was using huge words ... such as trope". It's 5 characters.
(Or the interpretation of what they were willing to move Embiid for)
Basically, I think the report that Hinkie listened is likely accurate. I think the interpretation that they were looking to move Embiid not.
I was not surprised when told they would entertain trading MCW. Would not be surprised if same happend with Noel. Would be stunned w/Embiid.
"Hey, we have a top 3 pick, and we think Embiid is more valuable than Towns. Would you trade him?" <-- What's downside to getting that info?
Odds I give of Hinkie fielding a call about a team interested in Embiid: Pretty high. He'll listen, if for no other reason than collect info
Odds I give of any reporter, anywhere, for any publication, knowing Sam Hinkie's willingness to trade Joel Embiid: 0%.
If Sam Hinkie would trade Joel Embiid for any pick in this draft, I would be a loud opponent of that move. Related: I don't think Sam would.
Besides fielding a call always making sense, Hinkie will look at fielding a call as an opportunity to gather information about an opponent.
For those scoreboard watching: Bkn up 5 over Den (bad), Minny losing to Hou (bad), Milwaukee losing to Chicago (good)
"OH MY GOD DID YOU SEE HIM HE PASSED THE BALL. Get him more minutes."
The 3rd string point guard is the NBA's equivalent to the backup quarterback.
Noel 8-for-10 from foul line.
Luol Deng is 11-for-14 from the floor and has 29 points with over 9 minutes to go. Heat has upped lead to 17
Heat now 10-for-17 from three, many of them the wide-open variety.
Ish Smith killed the rim on a driving dunk, then killed the backboard on an attempted 3 on the next trip down the floor.
That was some serious Ish.
Holy Ish Smith!!
Smith with a POWERFUL dunk. Sixers down 81-75
Dwayne Wade is taking over. He has 16 now as Heat leads 74-71 with 4:45 to go in third
What? Sims with a dunk. ... Sixers lead 71-70
I can see why Brown was upset. His squad isn't getting any calls. Canaan was knocked to floor and it was like he wasn't even in the game
Now just imagine this being Joel Embiid instead of Henry Sims posting up... http://t.co/FnAK0bGklO
Wade misses the tech foul shot
Brown gets a T, but wade doesn't convert
Brown called for a Tech with 8:45 left in third.
