Markieff Morris travels again. This time, it gives the Utah the ball down 3 with 35 seconds to go.
Bledsoe just outleaped Kanter on a jump ball ... easily. Markieff 3 makes it a 94-91 Suns lead with 3:20 to go.
Bledsoe is covering Hayward in this three-point guard look. Hayward throws a pass away.
Keep thinking Tucker is a good stretch 4 option. He just hit a corner 3. He boards well. It's Tucker and Markieff with the 3 point guards.
Triple Threat time. The three points guards -- Bledsoe, Dragic and Thomas -- are in together again.
PHX 77, UTA 77 after 3Q. Bledsoe: 11 pts (9 in 3Q), Thomas: 10 pts (6 in 3Q); Dragic: 15 pts, Markieff: 11 pts, 5 reb; Hayward: 19p/5r/3a.
Marcus Morris was 0 for 6 (0-5 3s) but found a way with a steal & dunk. Bledsoe just hustled his tail off on D too to break up a fastbreak.
You might see Alex Len in this game's highlight package. Rudy Gobert posterized him. Overall, there has been much more good Len than bad.
Green gets a technical foul 80 feet away from the ball. Hornacek benches him. He already put Len in for Plumlee too.
This is a trend that you don't want continuing for Dragic: he's 7 for 14 on free throws in the preseason.
UTA 51, PHX 47 at half. Dragic: 11p, 2a; Markieff: 7p, 2r; Green: 7p, 3r; Hayward: 13p, 5-6 FG; Kanter: 8p, 3r. Fastbreak pts: PHX 6, UTA 0.
With 6:46 left in the half, Plumlee picked up his 3rd foul on a perimeter move w/the ball. Len already has 3 so Plumlee stayed in. UTA 40-32
Len has been good despite 3 fouls. Playing big. Tipped out offensive board, grabbed another, scored in traffic & made Exum airball a drive.
UTA 33, PHX 28 after 1Q. Green: 7 pts, 3 reb; Dragic: 7 pts, 2 ast; Kanter: 8 pts; Hayward: 8 pts; PHX: 58 FG%, 5 tov; UTA: 52 FG%, 1 tov.
That might be all the look the Suns need at Green running pick-n-roll. His lob didn't make it past his defender. He did have a good quarter.
Hayward went for another and-1 jam. It turned more into a layup on Green but it was still a 3-point play. Not a good final D tune-up so far.
Hayward used a screen to get by Green, dribbled around Tolliver and dunked through Len's foul. Gulp. Utah 24-15, 4:27 in 1st.
Utah has not scored on 3 of their first 12 trips and those were even pretty good chances. Coaches say the Jazz has looked good in preseason.
Markieff and Plumlee each picked up two fouls in the game's first 4:33. Frontcourt is now Len, Tolliver and Green. Utah 15-7.
Simple but cool moment. Hornacek was outside the locker room. Sloan entered the arena 30 feet away & waved. Hornacek: "Coach, how ya doing?"
Prayers go out 2 all the students involved in the shooting at Marysville Pilchuck HS... The world we live in SMH!

Checking out Dracula: Untold...hope its good!
Damn damn damn. Hate to see Steve Nash go out like this. 1 of the best PGs to ever play the game!
Green misses 3 at horn. Clips win 108-105. Griffin: 35 pts; Paul: 34 pts; Bledsoe: 27 pts; Green: 23 pts, Marcus M.: 17p, 8r. PHX: 24 tov.
Redick just had a potential four-point play for the Suns. He fouled Bledsoe and got T'd twice for an ejection. 4 FTs coming. LA 101-96, 2:43
Plumlee fouls out in 18 minutes tonight. He'd fouled 14 times in the first five preseason games.
PHX 80, LAC 79 after 3Q. Bledsoe: 23 pts, 10-12 FT; Green: 19 pts, 17 min; Marcus M: 10 pts, 8 reb; turnovers: PHX 21 (Keef 6 in 3rd), LA 14
Crowd oohs for Green's high-rising, fadeaway 3 against Paul. Hornacek yells, "Gerald, run the play!"
After traveling again, Markieff Morris has all five of his turnovers in this quarter. LA 77-73.
Matt Barnes is 0 for 4 tonight but don't give Marcus Morris too much credit. Barnes is 3 for 35 this preseason.
Plumlee picks up his fifth foul in 15 minutes of action. Len needs the time anyway.
On cue, Markieff gets a T. The team just had got a delay of game when Markieff rolled the ball away from the official.
If Marcus starts playing as much as Markieff, is he going to get as many technicals? He got T'd at Houston and just now.
The Suns have allowed 54 percent shooting but at least they haven't given up any second-chance points. Big 24-14 edge on the boards.
PHX 61, LAC 58 at half. Bledsoe: 16 pts, 2 ast; Green: 14 pts, 13 min; Tucker: 8 pts, 5 reb; Marcus M: 7 pts, 5 reb; Paul: 18p; Griffin: 16p
Len tried to catch that last pass with only his left hand. The split for his twice-fractured pinkie is on his right hand.
After Markieff's third foul, Len stays on Griffin and Tucker covers Hawes. Len's length has made a difference a couple times defensively.
Green again carries the scoring for the 2nd unit. His first 3 gives him 11 points in 8 minutes. He found his way to the rim on the others.
The backup backcourt chemistry between Thomas and Green has been really good. That alleyoop was a pass Thomas had been off on previously.
PHX 33, LAC 28 after 1Q. Bledsoe: 14 pts, 3-3 3s; Marcus M.: 5 pts, 4 reb; Paul: 14 pts, 4-5 3s; Griffin: 8 pts; Paint pts: PHX 16-8.
Bledsoe had a great scoreless 1st half last night but tonight he's matching his tutor (Chris Paul) point for point. Each has 14 in the 1Q.
Alex Len checks in for the first time during preseason and fouls Blake Griffin on the first play. PHX 26-23
Father, today I resist mediocrity. I choose to give my very best. Teach me to live skillfully so that my life is a continual praise to You.
Hard to live up to the previous Pau. http://t.co/l7mHsVJ9Ll
FINAL: PHX 114, LAL 108 (OT). Thomas: 26 pts, 12-13 FT; Green: 21 pts, 4-9 3s; Dragic: 15 pts; Bledsoe: 11p/7r/6a; Kobe: 27 pts, 34 min.
Randolph builds his roster case a little more with a clutch corner 3 for a 112-108 Suns lead with 31.2 seconds to go.
And Hornacek is coaching with the intensity of a regular-season OT game. Can't believe they gave up two 3s to Wes. PHX 109-108, :44.9 to go.
The intensity of this Thomas-Green-Tucker-Marcus Morris-Randolph lineup is playing like it's regular-season OT game. PHX 107-102, 1:39 left
