Jays lose 6-5 as Lawrie looks at a pretty clear third strike to end things.
EE, Lind and Lawrie will swing for the fences in the 9th. 6-5 O's heading into the bottom of the inning.
Jays ain't scurried. Down 6-5 after back-to-back two-out hits themselves.
I did not and do not deal hash. But I know a guy who knows a guy.
All six Orioles runs off Dickey came with two outs. One big pitch changes everything about this game.
Have been told Raptors have only gone hard after Ujiri and Phil
Great play by Melky in left to end inning. Dickey is having a devil of a start.
Sorry, if he declines, it will be on to Plan B
Ujiri is the only candidate the Raptors are going hard after. If he declines, it
If anybody in the stands can get a sweater up into the press box, I'd appreciate it. Thanks, ek.
Also, Ujiri did not have a ton of autonomy beyond roster construction in DEN. COULD have more here.
One thing is clear: TOR is going to offer Ujiri far more money than DEN.
Because people are asking … I would be surprised if Masai Ujiri was not announced as Raptors GM by early next week. Nothing done, though.
Cabrera, Bautista hitting the poop out of the ball in May. Both single to start the first.
Today, Dickey is looking Ned Starkish. 3-0 Orioles.
YES R.A. DICKEY GAME OF THRONES INTRO YES
On my way to the bay ✈✈
For those coming down to the Jays game, the dome is opening. High of 15, I believe. Also: They're play Three Doors Down.
Cover of SUN sports today is Ujiri With words: "Nugget of hope"

This series is so good. Indiana is the perfect team to face-off against Miami to get a compelling series. Too good.
Looks increasingly like Ujiri to Toronto is happening. The most surprising part of Woj’s update is the fact that Nuggets prob won’t counter.
Lance Stephenson is one of Miami's best players right now...lol
George Hill: gamer.
No surprise with Ujiri offer: MLSE will spend for who they want. We'll see if it extends to coaches. Anyway, enjoy actual basketball.
Indiana's offense has stalled. Ball not going inside and screen roll out top not doing anything to put Miami in rotation # decisionmaking
Jose Bautista is an interesting base runner.
That Matt Guokas is no longer an NBA broadcaster is an absolute travesty. Unbiased, a pro's pro and a non-homer.
CP24 says social media is abuzz about the Ford scan.../click.
Again: many thanks to city hall reporters. You've had a crappy week. You're all heroes. Or friends of extortionists. Or both?
Also, a good bet by Ford that education system is so crappy that general public wouldn't understand use of tenses.
This is going to end in some form of awful. All that's left are the details.
To be fair, Ford is living proof you can do anything if you put your mind to it.
I'm moving to Vaughan. Less Ford, more ambiguous claims on being birthplace of Andrew Wiggins.
Well, that should certainly shut down all inquiries.
Let's talk about the important thing: the high school football team.
Oh mayor, my mayor!
Hoping for Ford's statement just to be "SUBWAYS!"
"I love this opportunity. I would have taken job if I had been offered $5. Who could say no to this great challenge?" Ujiri told Denver Post
Further to that last re-tweet, definitely seems like the challenge outweighs the money in these decisions for Masai ...
Should Ujiri take Toronto job, unclear what fate of Dwane Casey would be. Casey started NBA coaching career under Denver's George Karl
Cart before horse here, but wonder if Raptors trade into draft to land Nigerian-born Giannis Antetokoumpo, who Masai is very familiar with
Thank you so much to everyone for the kind words and support. They really do fuel me to be better and keep me excited. THANKS!
It's all very interesting, is all.
BC and Ujiri had great working relationship. Leiweke said he did not want BC involved in basketball decisions except when asked.
To get two nearly immediate rotation guys from picks in the 20s is impressive. Too small of sample size to draw many conclusions.
Ujiri has hit in tough spots in draft: Faried at 22 in 2011, Fournier at 20 in 2012. Took Quincy Miller in second round in '12.
In his time in Denver, Ujiri has unquestionably been a very good trader and a very solid drafter. FA record is spottier.
It's unclear how tied to advanced data analysis Ujiri is. It is clear that he views players as assets tied to their $, though.
Raptors (and other teams) going to spend millions on a guy who won the last couple of hands of Blackjack, essentially. Love sports .
If Sam Presti was picking No.1 in 07 and takes Oden, is Troy Weaver the next hot GM prospect? /3
If as Portland GM Kevin Pritchard had picked No.2 in 07 and taken Durant, isn't he still running the Trail Blazers? /2
This GM search is funny. If as asst GM Masai Ujiri had got Colongelo to trade Bosh in 08/09; is there a Raps job to interview for? /1
So, if you want to keep following my rantings and ravings, just head over to threeinthekey.ca
…truth be told I'll probably be writing MORE frequently now than I did before because I can completely control my output and content...
…I'm not gone, though! I have far too many thoughts on the Raptors and the NBA to just disappear, I'll just be doing it on my own...
…staying at tsn untenable, but I've had a wonderful 8 years working there as a blogger and 17 years there overall...
Followers I want to let you know that I left tsn.ca this week. For the last year and a half I've been working on a side project that made…
Arrested Development was a critically acclaimed ratings bust that ran on FOX from 2003-06. It was known for its dense, layered humour.
Just a reminder that there will be new episodes of the situational comedy Arrested Development on Netflix this weekend.
Toronto city council is like early-00s cycling: Everyone should just be banned, with new representatives/competitors chosen.
Lmao!!! Pete off the movie baby boy is funny as hell!!!

And, well, I wanted to strangle him. But I'm not sure that was fair.
Because there was this dude tonight who wouldn't shut up, but mostly just encouraging (not always in positive fashion) his team.
my boy knocked out on the workout room floor !! He wakes up saying this working out ain't for everybody lmao!!!! http://t.co/ghge3mxAfx
What is everybody's take on guys who don't shut up (no trash talk, but constant talking) in rec basketball games?
Cue the Benny Hill music for the O's this inning.
