Right back atcha. All even.
I like that all this not playing has left Lincecum time to start growing out his Mitch Kramer hair.
MEANWHILE, we’re about 12 hours or so away from this. http://t.co/BjmJmxOBgI
Wizards lose 103-100. Otto missed possible game-tying 3 in final seconds. Late game offense still a struggle. Next stop, Miami.
Aw rats the Wizards are now 0-1
This game should count in the standings.
Rasual Butler and Damion James playing for the NBA lives and playing well.
Can’t wait for Mike Woodson to blame Beno Udrih for this tight Knicks loss
Otto-matic from those corners.
All Damion James has to do is hit that shot. He plays good D and runs the floor. I’d keep him over JLIII
Wizards playing this like it’s an 83-game season.
Wall and Porter back in w/5:42 left for a late-game rendition.
Anthony is playing the 4 and he’s going to work on Seraphin. Jumper gives Knicks 84-83 lead.
Kevin Seraphin guarding Melo. Please make it stop, preseason.
Melo back in with 7:24 left in the 4Q of a preseason game. Alrighty. Let's hope Witt doesn't feel compelled to counter with starters.
Wittman has maintained the key for Seraphin is “not going 100 MPH.” When he’s not, he’s smooth on the block. He’s got 8 on 3/5 in 16 minutes
Blair strikes me as the “break in case of emergency” guy. You use him at the 5 in tiny lineups when you need offense. Miscast as a 4.
That was JR Smith’s 1st shot attempt.
JR Smith just chucked a 3 from like 40 feet thinking time was expiring. But there was like 5 seconds left.
Lorenzo Cain couldn't catch it? Then it couldn't be caught...
Last year I wondered why the Wizards took Otto if they just wanted to make him a corner 3 shooter. Otto making me look silly.
Gortat’s rhythm is off. He has to duck in when Wall is driving to the rim in transition like that.
Porter 3 from the corner. He and Anthony are going back and forth. Porter has 19p on 8/11, 3/4 from 3.
Garrett Temple from 3, bang. Confident at that.
Yordano Ventura scared the snot out of Hunter Pence with that pitch near his head. Had HP lunging after everything to save his life
Billy BBQ sauce
We don't know the Wizards plan for John Lucas going forward, but this much is clear: He's here to give Andre 3000 tonight off.
Blair just took a running floater that will put him in WIttman's doghouse for days if he tries that in December or January.
Always great to be back in the Mecca http://t.co/gP6VbtBrp4
The Wizards so badly need Otto Porter to shoot consistently from downtown. Soooo badly.
I call this the "line offense" http://t.co/IPkooB02xg
Clyde Frazier's suit game is magic. http://t.co/PYUkLu9YTt
Hope everyone has access to the MSG Network. I'd invite you over to CSN for Wizards-Knicks, but I'm being told I shouldn't do that.
Less than a day away! We have a special gift for you in addition to feature stories and team previews. http://t.co/WliLI7oxsp
Rather, Erskine will "begin an intensive rehab program within the next few weeks."
I'm still laughing that CLE has won the No. 1 pick 4 times in past 11 years & reportedly voted for lottery reform. Pay it forward, I guess
Robert Griffin III will speak with reporters on Friday. It will be the first time the team has allowed the QB to speak since the injury.
Adam Silver confirmed that teams voted 17-13 on lottery reform proposal. NBA needed 23 votes for approval. Will be sent back to committee
Silver said he feels some teams face "unfair pressure" from fans & media to underperform because of the current lottery structure
Adam Silver said roughly one-third of the league is not profitable under current system but expects new TV deal to help change that
Adam Silver said there is "a corrosive perception" that the incentive to lose to get a top pick outweighs desire to be competitive
Colt McCoy at the podium: http://t.co/ti4pCKcpX8
Gruden said he wants to know, ideally, tomorrow if Griffin is healthy enough to play. He wants the team to know who the QB will be.
Gruden said he will not take Griffin's injury history into account when he's cleared. If athletic training staff clears Griffin, he's going.
Gruden called Griffin a "wild card" for Monday.
Gruden on Griffin: "If we have to wait another week, or wait another two weeks, then so be it. But that will not be my call initially."
Gruden: Doctors have to clear Griffin, he has to have a few good days of practice, he has to remain healthy (no swelling).
Gruden: It's not so much about Griffin's ankle, but more his ability to handle the live game situation on that ankle.
McCoy, "as of right now," is still starting Monday.
Gruden said Cousins and McCoy all did first-, second- and third-team work today.
Gruden: Griffin did team drills today. "He looked good."
Cast off, be back in no time !!!
